Had a great GI Grand Rounds this week with Dr. #SravanyaGavini giving an excellent talk on all things esophageal motility!

This past week’s GI Grand Rounds was @UTSWMedCenter Third Space Endoscopist & @Parkland Director of Endoscopy, @TomTielleman, giving a talk on everything you’d want to know about big polyps! Optical diagnosis, when to refer, when/where to tattoo/biopsy, & resection techniques!

This week we had a phenomenal sim session on all things dilation with Drs. @TomTielleman & @BenElsberndMD. A whirlwind session covering Savary, Balloons, Pneumatic, and Stents w/ fantastic hands on! We also got to break in our fantastic new Fujifilm endoscopes in the sim lab!🎉

@UTSWMedCenter’s What’s New in GI 2025 was a great success with talks from @ShawnLShah, @KerryDunbarMD, @fudmanMD, @GastroEllis, @TomTielleman, @tareksawas, and many more! The highlight was a fantastic keynote talk on AI from @tberzin visiting from @BIDMC_Medicine!

This week, we had our second annual Gals of the Gut holiday party complete with an exchange of our "favorite things" from 2024. Happy Holidays from Dallas!
