Few good Muslims like this that can think for themselves are the only reason I refrain from saying what's on my mind. Again. Nobody should be killed for having consensual sex in a place [sacred or not]. Arrested? Jailed? Maybe. Killed? F**k no!
There is evil done in the name of Islam.
Yes, I said it. And being a Muslim will not stop me from calling it out.
The preacher who calls for killing over blasphemy is evil.
The ruler who uses Sharia to oppress citizens is evil.
The parent who marries off a child is evil.
The husband who uses religion to control his wife is evil.
The cleric who justifies killing apostates is evil.
The scholar who excuses abuse in the name of tradition is evil.
And the fact that these things are done in the name of Islam does not make them any less evil.
I am a Muslim. But I will not defend something evil simply because someone tells me it is Islamic.
The only reason I have refrained from saying what I think about Islam in general is because I have met nice and good Muslims that have been kind to me and I have a lot of them in my family as well. But tweets like this just irk me! Nobody should be killed for having consensual sex

This is how to perform CPR if someone needs it around you.
Share this video. You might save a life doing so. And tag a friend who needs to learn this.
1. Make sure the person is safe
2. Call for help
3. Check for breathing
4. Place the heel of your hand in between the chest
5. Compress chest 30 times
6. Raise jaw and breathe into mouth
7. Repeat this process until you get the required help
Maybe..just maybe we should stop trying to understand and analyse the ways of God. Our understanding of him is limited and will forever remain limited.
You are one medical attack or emergency from graveyard in Nigeria. Read it again. And it's not getting any better no matter how wealthy you are. F**k our government fr and f**k all you enabling this nonsense.
Go to UK. Do DNA before going if possible. File for divorce once over there and pay for childcare. There's no marriage after this.
UPDATE: 😭💔
At 6am this morning, He drove to Ikeja with me and banged on his sister-in-law's gate until the wife came out with the children, eyes swollen.
He held up his phone. "Who is Segun". He ask.
She went pale. For a long time she said nothing. Then she whispered, "Not here. Not in front of the children."
They sat in the car. She was shaking.
"Segun was my boss at the bank, back when you were in Port Harcourt. I was alone and broke, and Tobi (First Son) was always sick. He helped me pay the hospital bills... and he started coming around."
His hands went cold. "Did anything happen?" He ask her
She started crying. "Once. Just once. I ended it the same week. I've carried this for 6years". She said.
Then she said the words that broke him: "That's why I'm begging you not to go to the UK. The last time you left, I lost myself. I don't trust myself alone again... and Segun has been messaging me since I told him you got the job a in the UK".
He stepped out of the car Crying without a word. Until he was calm to later explain their conversation to me.
This Broke my heart and the thought that either of their two kids might not be his broke me even more.💔
Now he has two days left. A UK visa in one hand, and a marriage in pieces in the other.
Should he forgive his wife and stay, or take the UK job and walk away?👇
I will always tell people that your wealth is almost useless in the event of a medical crisis in Nigeria. It is a valid to relocate abroad for this reason alone!.
I’ve been thinking about Toluwanisings’ death since yesterday.
A man who was fine the night before just slumped, and they took him to 8 hospitals in Ibadan. Every single one rejected him. Some said doctors were on strike. Others just said no. By the time they found somewhere that would take him, it was too late.
This is why Nigerian healthcare keeps failing people. It’s not just about hospitals. There’s no real emergency response system. No 911 that shows up, stabilises you, and gets you to the hospital. When time is life, we are still depending on private cars and “hope a hospital accepts him.”
Where I live in Canada 🇨🇦, if the hospital in my town can’t handle the emergency, they don’t waste time arguing. A standby helicopter lifts the person straight to Winnipeg. The drive is 45 minutes, but they won’t risk it. Human life is treated as urgent.
How long will we keep watching people die in Nigeria between hospitals?

You’ve seen moments of my life. Here’s a little more of the person living it.
What I love. What I’ve learned. What I’m still becoming.

The problem with the dating pool in the UK between Nigerians is the battle to outsmart each other. Everyone came here for a better living and most people in our community think Marriage will somehow distract them from achieving their financial goals.
Dear young and yet unmarried Nigerian men abroad, this is a bait! Don't fall for it.
If you are living abroad, especially in the UK, avoid single Nigerian ladies like a plague. You don't necessarily have to date an oyinbo for real but there are plenty other women of different nationality that are far more pleasant than the current breed of young Nigerian girls abroad. If you must marry a Nigerian lady, go back home to get yourself a wife.
Young men, do not be an idiot. Had I known is always the last words of a fool. Don't be a fool.
Woke up feeling sad. I hate how powerless humans are over death. When it comes knocking, there is little or nothing that can be done to reverse it. I had a thought within myself "Maybe I am next? Who knows" i will keep enjoying the basics of life. We will all die. Sad reality!
I support the family!. They are two clowns in a relationship. End it. If they can't discuss common logistics arrangement and come up with a fair plan what are they doing together?
Imagine traveling 12 hours by road from Lagos to Cross River State, only for your family to reject your fiancée because she chose to fly.
A man travelled from Lagos to Ogoja, Cross River State, to introduce his girlfriend to his family before their court wedding.
He took a night bus to Abakaliki, then boarded another bus to Ogoja. Despite the exhausting journey, he was happy that his family was finally going to meet the woman he intended to marry.
But when his girlfriend mentioned that she had flown from Lagos to Calabar and waited at a hotel for him to arrive, the atmosphere changed.
His family immediately labelled her selfish. According to them, how could she fly while her man travelled by road?
