Yes, the 2015 JCPOA (Obama-era Iran nuclear deal) required Iran to grant IAEA inspectors continuous 24/7 monitoring and daily access to declared nuclear sites like Natanz and Fordow. It also provisionally applied the Additional Protocol for broader inspections, including a process for access to suspected undeclared locations (with up to 24 days max delay via dispute resolution). Trump withdrew in 2018. Iran later curtailed cooperation after that.
