I back Robert Kraft banning Macklemore from performing at Gillette 1000% and thank him for having a spine when many others in his shoes don’t.

The Senate should stay in session continuously until the SAVE America Act is passed.
Share if you agree.
After this week, the House and Senate won’t be in session at the same time again until SEPTEMBER 14 if we keep the current schedule.
That’s insane. We STILL need to pass the SAVE America act and prevent Democrats from shutting down the government in October.
This would NOT fly in the business world. We need to stay here until we get ALL our work done. That’s what the American people expect of us.

I’m glad Yellowstone didn’t euthanize the bison that flipped the grandfather who got too close (yes, he was too close. If you can see it, you’re too close). It’s a wild animal. In the wild. Yellowstone isn’t a theme park. Don’t stop for photos. STAY IN YOUR CAR, especially this time of year.

Big win for the Constitution today.
In Trump v. Slaughter, the Supreme Court correctly overruled *Humphrey’s Executor* and held that the President can remove FTC commissioners at will.
The President is the head of the Executive Branch, and unelected bureaucrats with for-cause protections answer to no one.
That’s not how our system was designed.
Accountability flows through the people to their elected president.
Glad to see the Court finally burying this 91-year-old mistake that Chief Justice Roberts described as a precedent “in search of a rationale.”
Separation of powers restored.

We make it far too easy for senators in the minority to use the filibuster to kill bills supported by the majority.
The whole idea behind the filibuster has, from the beginning, been to protect and prolong debate—not to cut off debate, forcing the Senate to abandon any bill that doesn’t immediately receive the support of at least 60 senators.
Filibustering is supposed to require far more than opposing cloture.
Especially for bills of exceptional national importance—like the SAVE America Act—senators should be required to hold the floor and speak.
The minute filibustering senators stop doing that, the legislation can and should be passed at a simple-majority threshold.
This is not a radical idea.
This describes what the filibuster is, how it has historically operated, and how it should work today.
Share this message if you agree that the Senate—and the country as a whole—would be well served by a return to this approach.

We have two choices:
(1) enforce the talking filibuster, or
(2) nuke the zombie filibuster.
It’s time to pick a horse—and then ride it all the way to victory.
The status quo perpetuates election fraud and precludes passage of much-needed reforms like the SAVE America Act.

The federal government makes you work months out of every year
Then it uses that money to create horrible things that harm you
Then it lies to you about it
Time for a constitutional reset

Today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I’m releasing never-before-seen communications and documents exposing how Dr. Fauci provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab, worked with politicized elements within the Intelligence Community to suppress the truth about his actions and hide the virus’ lab-leak origins, and lied to Congress while under oath in 2024. It’s time you know the truth.

We don’t have 60 votes for the House-passed SAVE America Act
But we do have a simple majority
Given the bill’s widespread bipartisan popularity, we could pass it with a simple majority—by debating it until it passes
I explain how in this clip

Nuking the filibuster is NOT the only option for passing the SAVE America Act
There are other ways to break a filibuster that involve neither “nuking” it nor 60 votes
They all involve exhausting the obstructing senators—by making them speak
We haven’t done that
We should—now!

Sometimes the best legislative strategy is the also simplest:
(1) Put the SAVE America Act on the Senate floor,
(2) Keep debating it until it passes, and
(3) Even if that requires the Senate remain on the bill for weeks, eating into weekends and scheduled recesses as necessary
🚨 JUST IN: Senate Leader John Thune tells President Trump NO, they WON'T attach the SAVE America Act to the FISA bill as Trump requested because it's "unrealistic"
At EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY the SAVE America Act gets stalled and blocked.
IT GOT 50 VOTES ON THE FLOOR, nuke the filibuster so JD Vance can swoop in and break the tie! 🔥
Listen to Trump = win. It is a simple equation, Thune!

The Senate parliamentarian works for the Senate—not the other way around.
She doesn’t rule; she advises.
The Senate’s presiding officer is free to accept or reject her advice.
And regardless, 51 senators can overturn any procedural ruling in the Senate.

The SAVE America Act is controversial only among Democrats in Congress
Everywhere else it’s common sense
Senate Republicans should focus on nothing else until it becomes law
Adam Knight retweeted
Are you tired of Democrats setting the agenda and getting their way even when Republicans control the House, Senate, and White House?
Tired of the “we don’t have 60 votes in the Senate” excuse?
Me too
It’s time to nuke the filibuster
Pass it on if you agree
Adam Knight retweeted
We can talk it out
Or we can nuke it
One way or another, we’ve got to break the filibuster against the SAVE America Act
It's been 100 DAYS since the House passed the SAVE America Act.
@LeaderJohnThune continues to fumble getting the job done.
Use the talking filibuster. Force Democrats to own their opposition to voter ID. Pass the SAVE America Act.
