There are two ways of looking at the midterms, now less than three weeks away. One is as a simple referendum on the issues and politicians of the day. The other involves a far deeper conflict of visions (as Thomas Sowell puts it): socialism versus capitalism, intrusive versus limited government, and the destruction of time-honored institutions and traditions versus their preservation and renewal. Rarely in American history have the two parties been so far apart or the choice between them so stark. In brief, Islamist-sympathizing socialism is on the ballot against free-market capitalism and American exceptionalism. victorhanson.com/the-deep-mi…

Your Tesla can now activate self-driving mode when you’re driving manually if it detects you’re about to crash, not paying attention, have fallen asleep, are having a medical emergency, etc. I would not want someone I love driving any other brand.
That’s a nice over the air update. Thanks Tesla.

If enough patriots quote post this with @elonmusk's name perhaps he'll see it, repost it, and this will get the attention it deserves. Hundreds of millions of Americans need to know about this, not just us randos on X.
The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

I honestly do not understand how any American who is not already a literal Communist or a literal Jihadist could vote Democrat after hearing what Slotkin said below. This is LITERALLY totalitarianism. It's not the fake "fascism" the Left likes to accuse the Right of, it is the REAL THING. Undeniably. Irrefutably. This is a sitting member of Congress who was in the CIA saying that dissent from what she believes will result in imprisonment. This is straight out of Solzhenitsyn. Straight out of Orwell. This is something an early Nazi would have said in 1932 under the Weimar Republic. Please please PLEASE share her words with everyone you know. The Democrat/Media Complex will try to bury this. It is up to us on social media, on blogs and via texts and emails to get the word out. The only way to stop these monsters is to make sure that voters who don't really keep up on politics understand the actual threat, see it with their own eyes and hear it with their own ears. Please. Spread the word to anyone who will listen. And even those who won't listen.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics. @ElissaSlotkin

Tesla has nearly quadrupled the number of registered Cybercabs and hasn’t had a single major issue since rides began a month ago, with reviews broadly positive. That is the exact opposite of a “rocky” start.
Tesla’s Cybercab had a rocky first month in Austin. Now comes the hard part: expanding cnbc.com/2026/10/03/tesla-cy…

Tesla quadrupled registered Cybercabs in Texas from 45 to 169 during the first Austin month per DMV records, with no major safety incidents and tracked ongoing activity, though the article cites some rider complaints on waits and routing. cnbc.com/2026/10/03/tes… texasavtracker.com/tesla robotaxitracker.com

Inflation Facts Most people think inflation is higher today than under the Biden years and in fact the Fed did raise interest rates over fears of renewed inflation. But the facts are something else. Under the President’s first term inflation was under 2 per cent a year and ended at 1.2 per cent in 2020. Then during the Biden years inflation soared to 8 per cent in 2022. A total of 21.4 per cent of price increases. Then in the second term inflation has averaged about 2.7 or total increases so far even with the tariffs and Iran conflict at 5.4 per cent. So inflation has come down from 8 per cent to around 3 per cent. Gas was most expensive in 2022 at 3.95 a gallon, more expensive than today. Those are the facts plain and simple.

I was born in 1961 in AMERICA. So my mommy named me WILLIAM MICHAEL HOLTE, not Bakari, Tariq, Jabari, Kwame, or Kofi. I’m not African-American, I’m AMERICAN. I’m not a black American, I’m AMERICAN. In school, I recited The Pledge of Allegiance TO AMERICA - and I meant it. I went to a WHITE Catholic college, not an HBCU. I got ahead through hard work and good education, not DEI and Affirmative Action. My loyalty belongs to America, not to any FAKE AFRICAN identity. My history is American history, not African history. My colors are red, white, and blue - not red, black, and green. My anthem is the Star-Spangled Banner, not the Black National Anthem. My flag is the Stars and Stripes, not the African Union banner. My symbol is the bald eagle, not the Black Power fist or the letters "BLM." I celebrate Christmas, not Kwanzaa. I celebrate Independence Day, not Juneteenth. I support The U.S. Constitution, not the weaponization of it against American citizens. And my future is tied to America’s success, not to racist democrat takeover policies. Anyone else feel this way?

Democrats in California seem to be trying to make it as easy as possible for illegal immigrants to live in their state… Why? The census counts body’s not citizens. And the census is how we determine how many seats in the House of Representatives each state gets along with the Electoral College. I think it’s more gaming the census for more political power than it is about democrats being compassionate.

So which is it, Democrats? Are you giving welfare to non citizens…or are you mad that non citizens getting welfare can't become green card holders? Because it seems like either way…you were lying about the whole non-citizens not getting welfare bit.

Ilhan Omar is just out here lying about Charlie Kirk. The most common tactic of the left today, if a white person says something you disagree with, call them a bigot, racist and a bunch of other leftist buzzwords.. Don’t actually engage in the arguments. Call them buzzwords and act like you’re morally superior.

After experiencing Cybercab for the past few days in Austin, I think the biggest thing people are missing is the zero-sum game built into Uber. You have two people sharing one environment, with different preferences. The driver likes the temperature at 66. I want 72. If I get more comfortable, he gets less comfortable. He likes his music. I want mine. He wants the windows open. I want them closed. I take a few extra minutes getting to the car, and those are minutes another human spends waiting for me. There’s this constant little tug of war. My comfort and convenience can come at the expense of his. And I don’t blame the driver. It’s his working environment. He’s in that car all day. Of course he has preferences. That’s why I just let him play whatever music he wants. I don’t want my comfort to come at his expense. We’ve gotten so accustomed to this that we barely notice the tension anymore. Then you take a Cybercab. I set the temperature to 72. Nobody gets less comfortable. I play my Spotify at the volume I want. Nobody has to give up their music. I grab my Starbucks and take a couple of minutes to walk over, within the pickup window. Nobody is sitting there getting irritated with me. The car has no competing preferences. That is a profound change in the experience. I can optimize the ride around what makes me comfortable without asking another person to sacrifice what makes them comfortable. And you feel it. You get in, lean back, and relax. There’s no negotiation. No wondering whether your request is going to annoy someone. That whole layer of social tension disappears. I think this is a huge part of Cybercab’s value. Removing that zero-sum dynamic changes what the service feels like at its core. Once people experience that, I think a lot of them are going to have a very hard time going back to Uber.

Lindsay killed the kids. It wasn’t Patrick. Many of these women are not operating in reality. Lindsay killed her own children. Not Patrick. So yes, there’s a reason people view and treat them differently.

Let's try this one last time. The unique issue being addressed is not that a woman murdered her 3 children… It's that apparently hundreds of thousands if not millions of women are supporting her. If your response to this is “men commit more murders” or “men kill children too.” You are entirely missing the point. No one is disputing that. We all acknowledge this happens. What is unique is the widespread outpouring of support the murderer is receiving. I'm not saying all women should be blamed. I'm not saying women should lose the right to vote. I’s saying this is a horrific trend and the fact that so many women are completely ignoring the actual argument in their responses reinforces the concern that there is a growing lack of reason and accountability taking place.
