#BREAKING: Trump's DOJ will reportedly back ending the National Firearms Act.
With the permanent injunction in Jensen v. ATF now effective, a litany of questions have arisen regarding the treatment of both the people and arms affected by the injunction.
SAF and its partners have just sent a letter seeking additional clarification and guidance from the DOJ as to how the Jensen injunction will be implemented.
SAF shares the community’s enthusiasm and eagerness in exercising the rights now vindicated by the Jensen win, and we are hopeful that additional guidance will provide the clarity necessary for the law-abiding Americans protected by this injunction to exercise those rights without unintended legal consequence.

Currently on the ATF's eforms website. According to an FFL contact, the last time we saw a notice like this was when the tax stamp went down to $0. Guidance incoming from ATF, perhaps? đź‘€

The National Firearms Act's unconstitutional $200 tax & registration scheme IS DEAD for:
❌Suppressors
❌Short-Barreled Rifles
❌Short-Barreled Shotguns
❌AOWs
Watch @SilencerShop sell the first lawfully unregistered suppressors in 92 years to @TheAKGuy & @WesVirdellTX.
🚨BREAKING🚨
It's official! @SilencerShop completed the first lawful, unregistered suppressor transfer since June 26th, 1934.
@TheAKGuy's purchase was approved & @WesVirdellTX skipped the background check with his concealed carry permit. This is One Big Beautiful Victory. 🇺🇸🔫
The largest amphibious invasion in human history began in the dark.
At dawn on June 6, 1944, nearly 7,000 vessels carrying 160,000 Allied troops closed in on the beaches of Normandy.
Through courage and sacrifice, they secured a foothold in Nazi-occupied France and began the liberation of Western Europe.
Today, we honor the heroes of D-Day.
ATF is removing the two sentences from its regulatory definitions of "machine gun" that included bump stocks. This directly implements the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2024 decision in Garland v. Cargill, which ruled that semiautomatic rifles with bump stocks are not machine guns under the National Firearms Act. The change aligns ATF’s regulations with the statute and the Court’s binding interpretation. Read the final rule at federalregister.gov/document…. #NewEra

The ATF says the “big mistake” that leaked protected gun owner data was attributed to the software.
But don’t worry, they promise it won’t happen again.🙄

NEW: The FBI sent a warning to California police departments that Iran could launch drones at the West Coast, according to ABC News.
ABC News says it has reviewed an alert that was sent at the end of February.
"We recently acquired information that as of early February 2026, Iran allegedly aspired to conduct a surprise attack using unmanned aerial vehicles from an unidentified vessel off the coast of the United States Homeland, specifically against unspecified targets in California, in the event that the US conducted strikes against Iran," the alert said, according to ABC News.
"We have no additional information on the timing, method, target, or perpetrators of this alleged attack."

Today I’m introducing the National Constitutional Carry Act in the U.S. Senate.
Americans have the right to keep and bear arms without asking for permission from hostile politicians or getting jailed for crossing the wrong state line.
Stay strapped.
