Squad 68 (A Platoon) had a great time visiting The Malvern School in the Collegeville section of the township on Friday.
The teams shared important fire safety lessons with students through hands-on demonstrations and interactive activities.
Squad 68 (C Platoon and A Platoon) along with teams with Trappe Fire Company’s Ladder 77 and Traffic 77 had a great time visiting the Providence Christian Preschool in the Royersford section of the township on Wednesday and Thursday.
Highlights included:
✅ Fire safety tips for home
✅ The importance of working smoke alarms
✅ Meeting a firefighter in full gear
✅ Exploring equipment and tools on Squad 68, Ladder 77 and Traffic 77.

PennDOT will continue nighttime resurfacing work 10/18 through 10/22 on a 4.4 mile stretch of US 422 in Limerick & Upper Providence Twps. The project will require lane closures in both directions:
Squad 68 (B Platoon) had a great time visiting the Primrose School in the Oaks section of the township on Tuesday, sharing important fire safety lessons with students through hands-on demonstrations and interactive activities.
At approximately 4:20 PM on Monday, Squad 68 (A Platoon) responded to a reported motor vehicle crash on Cider Mill Rd near Egypt Rd in the Oaks section of Upper Providence Twp.
Members of the Upper Providence Township Police Crash Investigation Unit responded and were assisted by the @UPTDFES in closing the roadway during the incident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Our flag is at half-staff in accordance with the United States flag code at the direction of Governor Josh Shapiro to honor Philadelphia Police Officer Shane Seiber who was killed in the line of duty.
The flag will remain at half-staff until sunset on the date of interment, which has not yet been announced. All Pennsylvania residents are invited to participate in this tribute. #uptdfes #halfstaff
