Supporting health and social care starts with supporting our people.
Last week, we welcomed colleagues into the office for a day of onboarding, collaboration and connection, followed by a summer BBQ to celebrate together.
Whether you're meeting the team for the first time or catching up with familiar faces, spending time together helps us share knowledge, strengthen relationships and stay aligned around what matters most: giving health and social care providers the confidence, guidance and support they need to deliver outstanding care.
Thank you to everyone who made the day such a success. We're looking forward to what we'll achieve together.

Is your service relevant for a CQC Return to Good assessment?
The CQC has introduced Return to Good assessments for some Good-rated adult social care providers.
If your service is rated Good across all five key questions, has a rating that's at least six or seven years old, has a registered manager, and shows no indication of a rating change, your next inspection could look different.
Swipe through to see whether your service meets the criteria, what inspectors will focus on and how you can prepare with confidence.
At QCS, we bring together compliance, policies, training, audits, Mock Inspections, expert guidance and AI in one connected system, helping your team stay informed, stay confident and stay inspection ready.

Today marks our first day in our new office at Charing Cross! 🎉
The QCS team, part of RLDatix, is excited to be settling into our new home at Charing Cross Road. It's great to have everyone together under one roof, because we're always better together.
Alongside getting stuck into work, we're also taking the opportunity to explore our new neighbourhood and get to know everything the area has to offer. It's been a great way to settle in and get familiar with our new surroundings.
A new location, but the same shared purpose: helping care providers deliver outstanding care and continuing to evolve care for the better.

Most sponsorship admin in care still runs on spreadsheets, shared folders, and someone's memory.
It works, until a document's missed or a check goes stale. Then it's a compliance problem, and one your next Home Office audit will find.

Is great care something you can observe, or something you can evidence?
As the CQC continues to develop its approach, there's more conversation around what inspectors see during visits, not just the paperwork they review.
Observation is important, but it only shows part of the picture. The right evidence helps provide the context behind what inspectors see.
Our latest blog looks at why both matter, and what it could mean for providers as regulation continues to evolve.

How do you know what needs improving?
Getting feedback is one thing. Finding the time to make sense of it and turn it into action is another.
That's where QCS Feedback Surveys can help.
Working alongside your team, it makes it easy to gather feedback from staff, the people you support and their families, spot trends, and build clear action plans you can put into practice.
Because good feedback shouldn't just sit in a report. It should help you make improvements with confidence.
