بخشی از مفاهیم و نظریاتی که پژاک در سپهر سیاسی ایران پیشبرد می‌دهد و برای برقراری آن‌ها در دوران پساجمهوری اسلامی مبارزه می‌کند:
١-سیاست دموکراتیک: سیاست از انحصار احزاب، اشخاص، گروه‌ها و جریانات سلطه‌خواه خارج می‌شود و عاملیت جامعه و مشارکت مستقیم همه‌ی طیف‌های اجتماعی و هویتهای مختلف در تصمیم‌سازی‌ها و مدیریت‌های سیاسی مبنا قرار می‌گیرد.
۲-جمهوری دموکراتیک: ایده‌آل‌ترین نظام سیاسی است که بر پایه‌ی کثرتگرایی و تمرکززدایی، مشارکت همه‌ی جوامع ملی، جنسیت‌ها، گروه‌های اعتقادی و فرهنگی را بدون هیچگونه تبعیضی در مدیریت کشور فراهم می‌آورد.
۳-همپیوندی دموکراتیک: به آسیمیلاسیون (ذوب فرهنگی- زبانی) هویت‌ها پایان می‌دهد و رابطه‌ی میان جامعه و دولت و نیز رابطه‌ی میان هویتهای مختلف ساکن کشور را ازنو بازترسیم می‌نماید و آزادی و حقوق آن‌ها را در قانون اساسی دموکراتیک تحت ضمانت در‌می‌آورد.
۴- خودمدیریتی دموکراتیک: مدیریت‌های محلی در مناطق مختلف را امکان‌پذیر می‌گرداند و بدین ترتیب برای همه‌ی هویتهای سرکوب‌شده نظیر کوردها، بلوچ‌ها، عرب‌ها، ترک-ترکمن‌ها و…. جایگاه سیاسی رسمی تعریف می‌شود. این خودمدیریتی، از آموزش به زبان مادری گرفته تا اقتصاد، از حفظ امنیت گرفته تا تصمیم‌گیری‌های سیاسی در مجالس دموکراتیک مردمی را دربر می‌گیرد.
۵- فرهنگ و فلسفه‌ی زن زندگی آزادی: ارزش‌های بنیادینی نظیر آزادی زن، برابری جنسیتی، حفاظت از تمام نمودهای زندگی (از محیط‌زیست گرفته تا جان و کرامت تک‌تک شهروندان) و آزادی اندیشه- بیان- سازماندهی در تمام عرصه‌ها ملاک قرار می‌گیرد.
۶- اقتصاد جامعه‌محور: این نظام اقتصادی که بر پایه‌ی منافع و نیازهای جامعه استوار است، ضد هرگونه رانتخواری، انحصارگری و بهره‌کشی خواهد بود. برقراری عدالت اجتماعی در حوزه‌ی کار و فعالیت اقتصادی، اشتغال‌زایی و توسعه‌ی اقتصادی تمام مناطق کشور از راه توزیع عادلانه‌ی امکانات و منابع و کارآمدسازی خودمدیریتهای بومی مبنا قرار می‌گیرد.

گذر زمان، از دیکتاتوری جمهوری اسلامی یک حکومت عادی نخواهد ساخت. تنها شمار زندانی‌ها، شکنجه‌شدگان، اعدامی‌ها، سوگواران، زیرخط‌فقری‌ها و همه‌چیزباختگان بالا می‌رود. امپراتوری تاریکی شاید در خارج از قلمروش کم‌جانتر از همیشه گردیده و دارد آخرین کارت‌هایش را بازی می‌کند اما در داخل با ستاندن جان مبارزان انقلاب ژن ژیان ئازادی و دستگیرشدگان خیزش دی‌ماه، تلاش دارد از واقعیت‌پیداکردن بزرگ‌ترین کابوس خود یعنی عاملیت‌یافتن دوباره‌ی جامعه و اوج‌گیری خیزش‌های خیابانی و مبارزات مردمی جلوگیری کند. تحریم بی‌سابقه‌ی اقتصادی، فروپاشی ارزش پولی کشور، محاصره‌ی دریایی- هوایی رژیم توسط قدرت‌های جهانی و بن‌بست سیاسی‌ای که تفاهم‌نامه‌ها و آتش‌بس‌های موقت از حل آن ناتوانند، خبر از این می‌دهند که ایران همچنان جبهه‌ی مقدم جنگ باقی خواهد ماند. نشانه‌ها به ما می‌گویند که این بار اگر جنگ تمام‌عیاری ازسرگرفته شود (که احتمال آن در حول‌حوش انتخابات میان‌دوره‌ای آمریکا یا پس از آن بالاست)، آمریکا تنها نخواهد بود و ائتلاف به مراتب گسترده‌تری در مقابل رژیم صف‌آرایی خواهد کرد.
