I’m saying what a lot of girls are feeling.
I compete in long jump. Every time I step onto the runway, I carry years of sacrifice, determination, and hope with me.
I’m fighting for my own chance at sectionals, and I dream about how far I can go if I keep pushing myself.
Right now it’s AB Hernandez in California and a 15-year-old boy in West Virginia.
But soon it could be a boy in my own home state of Wisconsin if girls like me stay silent.
High school female athletes need to speak up now.
We can change things.
I know because my voice changed things in my hometown of New Richmond, Wisconsin, just by speaking out and standing for the truth.
“An extra medal doesn’t fix what was taken.”
@EllaFrei17 competes in long jump. She knows the work, the pressure, the nerves, and the sacrifice behind every attempt.
Her message is simple:
Girls’ sports must remain fair.
Girls’ dreams matter too.

Is this what "fully liveable in practice" means @The_TUC ?
A man engaging in 'Trans-Type Lactation Sexual Abuse' (TTLSA), by sticking his nipple into helpless baby's mouth, under the guise of 'chestfeeding'?
A man, Mika Minio-Paluello, @mikaminio who was working for you when he posted this.
A man who openly posted about his nipple-clamping fetish.
And who, instead of being sacked (and arrested), is STILL working for you as Head of Industry, Energy & Climate?
Is this, what a "fully liveable" trans life means?
Abusing helpless babies for sexual gratification?
For shame, TUC.
For shame!
We must build a world in which trans lives are not only legally recognised, but fully liveable in practice.

If you have to create a shared podium for the boy competing in the girls’ event, you’ve already admitted you know he isn’t a girl and that his participation is unfair.
At that point, you're just seeking a public humiliation ritual for the girls.

Western society is currently divided between people who know this is a man and are prepared to say so and those who know this is a man but lie out of obedience to an ideology. There is no third option. Literally nobody on earth thinks "Roxanne Tickle" is actually a woman.

In my Olympics the E.German women took 6 x 1-2-3s & 2 relay golds. For 20 years women raced against people they knew had a huge unfair hormone advantage. I can tell you it’s soul destroying after training 6 hrs a day 6 days a week. It’s the biggest reason I had to speak out
"It’s just really disappointing to go into a competition knowing you already lost."
California high school athlete Reese Hogan says she’s spent three straight years competing against a transgender athlete, and it’s cost her track and field titles she's spent a lifetime chasing.
Now heading into another state final, she and teammate Olivia Viola are speaking out, saying too many adults stay silent while the debate over fairness in girls’ sports intensifies.
The moment is reigniting a larger fight in California, where state law allows athletes to compete based on gender identity — and where a growing Title IX clash is now pulling in national attention, despite Governor Newsom's office pushing back.

The girls are brave.
The adults are weak.
Pathetic.
🚨WATCH: A 15-year-old student in North Carolina cries to her school board about the district's handling of a biological male using the girls' restroom at her school.
"It was reported ... and yet, nothing. That is unacceptable," she told the Cabarrus County Board of Education through tears on Monday.
The incident occurred in the district's Mount Pleasant High School, the student said. She told the school board both parents and students have thanked her for speaking up because "they're too afraid to do it themselves."
"If this board refuses to listen before something serious happens, the responsibility will fall on you all. The ones who ignored all warnings," she added.

This ad is so well done.
Girls are faced with an impossible decision when they realize they have to play a boy in their sport. Do they forfeit? Should they really have to?
If that's something they even have to consider, the adults have already failed them. Do better, adults.

Adults need to man up and stop saying its the girls who need to solve the problem of boys stealing their opportunities.

I am working on a critique of popnolly.com/ whose resources are now in primary schools across the UK. The core problem isn't the values. It's that the model treats three year olds as mini adults capable of processing identity frameworks they are developmentally years away from being able to evaluate. More to follow. Anything specific you want examined?

Why have you not apologised for pushing political views on school children before the local elections?
The Education Act 1996 requires political impartiality in schools.
Disgraceful abuse of power.
Our party has suffered a historic defeat.
Many good Labour colleagues have lost their seats despite working hard for those they represented. We have lost good Labour administrations and lost the chance for more.
What we are doing isn’t working, and it needs to change. This may be our last chance.
The Labour Party must now live up to our name: we must be the party of working people.
We’ve heard the same on the doorstep as we’ve seen in the polls - the cost of living is the top issue for voters of all parties. People have turned to populists and nationalists because we have not done enough to fix it.
Living standards are barely higher than they were a decade and a half ago. People feel hopeless - that the cost of living crisis will never end, and now they see oil and gas companies use global instability to post record profits.
Once again, ordinary people are paying the price for decisions they didn’t make. It’s no wonder that across the UK, working people feel the system is rigged against them.
Things can be so much better than this. Countries including Spain and Canada have shown that economies can grow and people can thrive when governments stay true to labour and social democratic values and put people first. We need to learn from that.
In London, we lost young people who fear they will never afford a home. In my patch and across the north, we lost working people whose wages are too low and costs too high. In Scotland and Wales, people do not currently see Labour as the answer.
We are in danger of becoming a party of the well-off, not working people.
The Peter Mandelson scandal showed a toxic culture of cronyism.
Decisions like cutting winter fuel allowance just weren’t what people expected from a Labour government.
For too long, successive governments have allowed wealth and power to concentrate at the top without a plan to ensure the benefits of economic growth are shared fairly. The result is an economy that does not work for the majority, with wealth concentrated in too few hands. This level of inequality, alongside squeezed living standards, is the outcome of a model built on deregulation, privatisation, and trickle-down economics.
But we have the chance to fix this.

I can’t believe what I’ve just watched.
Socialist teachers who are striking, right in exam mock periods, are being counter protested by very grown up and sensible teenagers DEMANDING that they be taught back in school.
These “teachers” should be ashamed of themselves. Draped in Gaza flags, and flying far-left “Stand Up to Racism” and Unite Union banners outside a school.
Keep your politics out of our schools and DO YOUR JOB.
