Raising awareness of @namedotcom. They closed our domain provider account based on a mistake.
We have been trying to contact them nonstop since MAY 26. With no 0 response to our issue - all we want to do is correct the mistake!
Terrible support.
Similar to a joke, if you have to overexplain your game to your audience then it won't be fun. Aim for simplistic or intuitive design.
