We’re closing Ogden Canyon this Sunday for annual maintenance to prep for winter.
🗓️Sunday, Sept. 27 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
📍SR-39 through Ogden Canyon (MP 8.75-14)
CLOSED: Both travel lanes in both directions
ROAD CLOSURE ALERT
We’re planning to close all travel in both directions on SR-39 through Ogden Canyon on Sunday, Sept. 27 from 7AM to 3PM so crews can safely execute annual maintenance.
Travelers are urged to travel before the closures or follow a detour via I-84 and SR-167.
Closure alert: Pages Lane in Bountiful near I-15 will close from 9 pm on 9/21 to 5 a.m. the next morning for FrontRunner 2X utility work. Motorists will need to use an alternate route and follow the posted detour. INFO:

The new US-89/91 Wellsville RCUT intersection opens 8/19. If you’re coming from SR-23, you'll no longer turn left directly onto US-89/91 or drive straight across. Instead:
Turn right onto US-89/91, go to designated U-turn spot, make U-turn and continue in desired direction.
