Had a fantastic time at #Hackathon2020plus1 this weekend! I worked with two fantastic @UCL_IHI PhD students (@jas_gr and Asma) who expanded my knowledge of #RStats Shiny apps :)
The hackathon also allowed me to develop my ideas for a couple of new R functions. More to come!

Had a lot of fun participating in the @UCL_CodeClub hackathon this weekend. First time making a website with interactive plots! us-airhealth.herokuapp.com/
We'd like to remind you, however, that in #hackathon2020plus1, we put collaboration before competition so everyone is a winner!
That is all for now, thank you for tuning in and see you all in our future events! 👋
If you're a Covid-19 data geek, you may like another cool Shiny app dashboard exploring Covid-19 vaccination rate vs. various population parameters developed by Yaning Wu, Asma Alfayez, and Jasmine Gratton from Team 2
If you're a busy researcher needing to quickly grab an image and caption from Google Scholar, Ilkka Sipilä, Laure Ho, and Elijah Odunsi from Team 4 developed a cool CaptionCapture tool to do just that: github.com/ISipi/captioncapt…
In second place 🥈 we have Oj Akhigbe, Tina Yao, Dymasius Sitepu, and Sam Butler from Team 3. Check out their cool "US Respiratory Illness Death Rate vs Air Quality Dashboard" project : us-airhealth.herokuapp.com/
#hackathon2020plus1 officially ends!
Thank you to all participants and congratulations to Abubakar Tafida, Benita E Benoi, and Stefanie Mueller from Team 6 for winning the best project 🏆🥇 with their cool Covid-19 simulation dashboard!
