Works have started for our latest project @SafestoreLtdWigan. Acting as PM & CM for this conversion project. The scheme will provide over 46,000sqft of internal storage, with 20 drive-up external units. Store will be opening in early 2023. #projectmanagement #costmanagement

UC are delighted to confirm that after an extensive refurbishment project at @waitrose Holsworthy, the branch has relaunched. Starting on site 9 weeks ago, a full refit was completed whilst maintaining trade for the duration of the works. Well done to all involved!
