Been in the @UCF_Football stadium club for over 10 years & this year they have completely stripped it back to make the tower club & the whiny cabana club happy with free beer. There is zero reason to be in the middle child stadium "club" now. Feedback always falls on deaf ears. – at Union Park, FL

Pork Belly! 165F for 23hrs sous vide. Broiled for 7mins at 550F to render the fat down. Melts in mouth!
