27 years ago, October 23, 1999, Las Vegas. A chaotic fight that ended in a No Contest, but this official program is awesome. Hand-signed by Mike Tyson, with legendary cover art by LeRoy Neiman.

40 years ago today Michael Spinks defeated Steffen Tangstad (TKO4) retained IBF & The Ring heavyweight titles. Also on the undercard Mike Tyson stopped Alfonso Ratliff (TKO2) Tyson would become WBC heavyweight champion 77 days later.
Here is a mint, scarce souvenir cap.
Two of the most legendary nights in boxing history. I put these authentic ‘96 and ‘97 Tyson/Holyfield unused tickets into this frame years ago.
Sure, it hurts the resale value, but since they are never leaving my possession, who cares? 👊🏼💥

Scarce 1991 program from May 10, 1991, at John O’Donnell Stadium in Iowa. This is from the legendary “Rumble on the Riverbank” where James “Lights Out” Toney pulled off a massive 20-to-1 upset TKO against Michael Nunn.

Just rewatched Lalonde vs Leonard.
This was one of my favorite fights of the 80’s and a great win/KO for Leonard.
What was your favorite fight of the 80’s? (There is so many)
On this day in 1993, Lennox Lewis and Frank Bruno clashed in an epic, all-British WBC Heavyweight World Title showdown at Cardiff Arms Park.
Here is the official program.
#OnThisDay 47 years ago (28 Sept 1979), Larry Holmes survived one of the most brutal right hands in boxing history from Earnie Shavers to retain his WBC Heavyweight Title.
Here is the official fight program from Caesars Palace dual-signed.
One of the nicest items I own.

Check out the original official fight program front cover and the inside. (scarce and only 4 pages)
Blessed to have this piece signed by Julio Cesar Chavez, Terry Norris, and Julian Jackson.
If you could watch any of these three in their prime tonight, who you picking?
