“We did you EKG and it came back negative for a silent heart attack. The cardiologist already reviewed it and ordered the troponin levels. We have to take two, the first showed some slight elevation but not enough to confirm or rule out a heart attack. The second is done to determine if your troponin level is increasing, indicating you are having a heart attack, or decreasing. If you were sitting out there, or in the back, the test and time waiting would be exactly the same. We are keeping our eye on you, the doctor you’ve spoken to twice is an attending that is constantly watching you to see if your mental status or appearance has changed. When we get the second level, which will be in an hour, we can tell you what the plan going forward is. If you were having an active heart attack that we could confirm, we would have you in right now for a balloon and stent.”
This one conversation, which would have taken a minute to tell him, would have prevented the rest of this. By deciding to keep him in the dark they made this confrontation inevitable.

This story is extremely important:
A whistleblower revealed that Brazil's far-right Bolsonaro family dynasty met with Meta to discuss US plans to interfere in Brazil's election, to prevent Lula from winning.
Lula's Facebook and Instagram accounts were censored a few days before the first round of the presidential election.
This had a huge impact on the election, because Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which are all owned by Meta, are the most popular apps in Brazil, and are hugely influential all across Latin America. (Jair Bolsonaro's son Flávio was declared the winner of the first round of the vote, by a narrow margin.)
Meta later admitted that Lula's accounts had been restricted, but it claimed that this was supposedly due to a "technical error"...
The whistleblower who disclosed this is Nadia Beller, a Bolivian journalist who was almost killed by hitmen hired by Fernando Cerimedo, a far-right Argentine political operative who oversees election interference, bots, and disinformation campaigns.
Cerimedo is closely linked to the US government and has worked for pretty much every right-wing leader in Latin America. He was photographed with Donald Trump Jr. and members of the Bolsonaro family, and he received an award at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida a few months before he was arrested for the failed assassination attempt against Beller, his pregnant ex-girlfriend.

🚨 Former MI6 chief Sir Richard Moore says he is “very confident” Russia would have interfered in the Brexit debate and would be surprised if there had been no Russian activity.
This really matters bc Farage is still insisting there was no interference at all.
The argument now isn’t whether Russia has a history of manipulating divisive Western political issues, the former head of MI6 says that is exactly what they do.
The unanswered question is what they did in 2016, who knew about it, and why Britain never properly investigated it.
