A great day for #TeamTynemouth at the British Beach Sprints Championships yesterday with 4 of our athletes qualifying in the top 8 of their categories, meaning they are competing again today. A fantastic performance!
We’ve potentially got two, maybe three places available on our Learn to Row course which starts this Sunday. Two sessions at the club, a session in a rowing tank and a further two sessions at the club. Course fee is £75 which includes British Rowing membership and a t-shirt. #L2R

Saw a puffin while rowing on the sea yesterday, which was a first; then tonight there were a couple of seals and these dolphins. There’s nowhere better to row than Tynemouth. @TynemouthRC
