Three things you should always keep in mind:
1. Not everybody wants to see you succeed. Some people will smile with you but secretly don't want you to go far.
2. They can do without you, so don't destroy yourself trying to please people who won't do the same for you.
3. When problems come, you will realize the people who truly stand by you. Stay close to your family, especially your parents and siblings, because genuine love is rare.
And most importantly, keep God close. He is the one who never leaves you.
