Had a blast helping facilitate two fundamental meetings in Lubbock and N. Abilene! A lot of great feedback was given and our managers have a better understanding around proper equipment maintenance, cleanliness, prep procedures, and how a great host team impacts our guests!

Thank you Melissa for providing so much insight and feedback during our GM Fundamentals meeting yesterday! I can say we all walked away with a better understanding on how to protect our profits by maintaining our most important equipment in the HOH!

Cheers to our HOH team this morning! Zoie, Renzo, and Stephen crushed it in the HOH as well! Sending out sub 9 minute ticket times, great looking food, and communicating effectively made the lunch rush a breeze! Great job everyone!

Cheers to Leslye! We were down a food runner but that didn’t stop Leslye! She was running hot food, helping pre-bus and cleaning off tables to support her team. All while doing it with a positive attitude and a smile!

Cheers to Kolson and Nita today for receiving recognition from Steritech for proper hand washing procedures! This focus around keeping our guests safe attributed to a Steritech score of 98!! Great job!

Mike has taken complete ownership over prep. Each shift we have all 10:45s completed, product is made to spec, and we are following clean procedures! Super proud of this prep team for taking the feedback in stride and continuing to deliver on safe/delicious food for our guests!

EOP manager meeting! Cheers to Holly for owing her Bar AO! Her bar team has a rolling 4 week average of 85% SA and 77% clean! Alignment around each of my managers AOs and an overview of the simplified reporting rollout!

Cheers to Nita! I had a guest pull me aside today and comment on her service. She went above and beyond and engaged with their daughter making her a part of the experience too! Great job making our guests feel special and showing true chilihead hospitality!!

Cheers to Sydney! She is the grand prize winner for MM at Chilis Abilene! Not only did she lead Chilis Abilene in MM points earned but she led the entire area in points earned with 478!! Great job Sydney!!!

MM is in full swing here in S. Abilene! Sydney sold over 26% of our contest items! Cheers to Glen for coming to play restaurant in S. Abilene tonight! You were active on the floor, and provided so much support to our team when we were in a pinch on coverage for the evening!

PM recognition!! Josh, you are the true definition of a chilihead! Your leadership and support in the bar is second to none. Knowing Valentine’s Day is our busiest day of the year you have ensured the bar has been prepped and ready! All while keeping a positive attitude! #🌶️❤️

Proud is an understatement! Over the summer Kelly assisted a deaf man find his way home, communicating with him for over an hour until police arrived to assist him! She received a citizen’s excellence award from Abilene Police Department!

Cheers to Nita and Nelson! Nita owned her chilihead hospitality behaviors today during a busy lunch shift! Nelson has owned his HOH and has taken so much feedback the last couple of months around SAFE! That contributed to the best Steritech score we have received! 98! #🌶️❤️

No pic but cheers to Hannah She had a guest whose husband has dementia and they left her this amazing note talking about how she showed patience and really went the extra mile! That’s why I love my job. The fact we can make an impact on someone’s life just by showing hospitality.
