It’s believed that Darnell Nurse will return to the @EdmontonOilers next season according to those close to him and this comes after in which some of the Oilers players spent some time together with Nurse on a recent trip. As those players were able to layout a great outlook on winning in Edmonton. There was some great discussion on staying and seeing this through by winning together as one after going through a lot of pain together. Nurse and his wife have strong roots in Edmonton with their new house and the great friends they made. The Nurse family have done a lot for those in the City of Edmonton. As of now we are being told Nurse is going to stay and if he was to leave via a trade it would be a deal that makes sense for his family and the organization he goes to has an opportunity to win now. Right now staying in Edmonton gives Nurse and his family the best opportunity to win and be happy. #NHL #LetsGoOilers

Edmonton is going to have a tough time attracting free agents given: - NHL players poll lists Edmonton as one of the most undesirable places to play. - There is no guarantee Connor McDavid is still there past 2028. - Mike Babcock is notoriously known as being an awful person.
