I'd have pressed the hard reset button on the Colts in 2022 when they lost a do-or-die game to a 2-14 Jaguars team whose fans were protesting their own dysfunction by *dressing up as clowns*. You CANNOT lose this game. The Jags have built a great team since. The Colts have not.
