Propaganda Toolkit Undermines Parental Rights and Girls Privacy Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) has denied sending the texts and mailers recently circulating in Texas. Without further information, we are not attributing those communications to TENT. Our concern is the content of TENT’s own “Back to School Toolkit.” That toolkit undermines parental authority and attacks protections for girls' privacy in school bathrooms and locker rooms. It portrays parental access and consent requirements as infringements on youth autonomy and suggests that information about a student’s gender identity can be withheld from parents based on potential “adverse treatment.” The toolkit also emphasizes that civil fines under the Texas Women's Privacy Act (SB 8) cannot be applied to individuals, risking the misleading impression that violating facility rules is acceptable or carries no personal consequences. The absence of an individual fine under SB 8 does not eliminate consequences that may apply under school disciplinary rules or other applicable local government ordinances and policies. Texas Values condemns these materials. Parents deserve transparency, girls deserve privacy and safety, and students deserve accurate information about the consequences of their actions. Advocacy groups are not entitled to encourage circumvention of Texas law because they disagree with the law's content. If you received these concerning text messages or letters in the mail and are upset about receiving unwanted propaganda, or would like assistance, please contact Texas Values at [email protected].

Texas Values Action friends!! Let’s all vote tomorrow on Day 1 of Early Voting !! @TxValuesAction
Early Voting in Texas starts tomorrow. Listen to Democrat Nominee for Senate James Talarico in his own words: “God is non-binary”. “There are six” biological sexes. Women are called “neighbors with a uterus”. If a parent denies child's gender identity, it’s “abusive for sure”.

I changed the law to stop men from playing girls sports and protected safety and fairness for all the daughters and future daughters of Texas. As AG, I will aggressively enforce the save womens’ sports law! My Democrat opponent voted NO on stopping men from playing girls sports
“Is it common sense to let a 250 pound man play in women’s sports?” -@mayes_middleton at @POTUS Trump’s rally in San Antonio last week Senator Mayes Middleton has been a relentless advocate for protecting the privacy, safety, and dignity of women in Texas. From leading the charge on the Texas Women’s Privacy Act to standing firm against radical gender ideology and championing the Save Women’s Sports Act, his leadership has made a lasting impact. That’s why Texas Values Action proudly endorses Senator Mayes Middleton for Texas Attorney General. We trust him to defend our values and protect Texans’ freedoms at the highest level. 🗳️ 2026 Midterm Elections dates: Early Voting: Monday, October 19th – Friday, October 30th and Election Day: Tuesday, November 3rd 👉 View our faith and family voter guide here: txvaluesaction.org

Breaking! Today, Texas Values distributed an updated legal guidance letter to all Texas public school districts concerning their obligations under Senate Bill 10, the law requiring Ten Commandments displays in public school classrooms. “The time for waiting is over. School districts must put qualifying donated Ten Commandments posters up now. The Fifth Circuit upheld the law. Asking the Supreme Court to review that ruling does not put the law on hold. Districts need to comply immediately.” -@jonathan_covey, Director of Policy for Texas Values Read the full press release here: txvalues.org/breaking-legal-…

We are grateful that the U.S. Department of Justice is working to protect parental rights in public schools! Parents have the right to know what happens at their child’s school and to speak up at school board meetings. Read the report below.
Today, the Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group issued a report detailing how Biden Administration officials at the Department of Justice explored avenues to prosecute parents and protestors who spoke to school boards and school officials during the Covid-19 pandemic. Records show Biden White House and Justice Department leadership pushed for a memo which sought to find a federal “hook” to prosecute parents and charge protestors with federal crimes, despite widespread concerns from attorneys and agents. This report follows letters sent earlier today by Department of Justice and @usedgov leadership to all 50 state attorneys general on parental rights. A federal judge has incorrectly ruled in Gaines v NCAA that the NCAA is not subject to Title IX when it allows male athletes to compete in women’s sports or access to their locker rooms. Brooke Slusser, who is a plaintiff in this lawsuit, spoke about her experience and this battle for women’s sports & privacy at Texas Faith Fest last weekend. We stand with @BrookeSlusser, @Riley_Gaines_, @icons_women, and many others in the fight to keep women & girls safe in their sports and private areas. Watch the full video here: youtu.be/YsM5-nKzRmU
Breaking: Federal judge rules the NCAA can force men onto women’s teams and into women’s locker rooms—not beholden to Title IX. The NCAA has been fighting @Riley_Gaines_ and dozens of other female athletes in court, defending allowing men to steal women’s titles, records and scholarships in women’s sports. A federal judge has just given the NCAA the green light to continue.
