#americanairlines won't cancel our flight and has instead kept us waiting at #DFW for hours, continually delaying our flight. Cancel the flight and book our accommodations. #dobetter. Other passengers have been waiting on hold with the 800# for 3 HOURS trying to rebook.

Our flight was delayed 1 hour so we missed our connecting flight to Denver. The customer service line at Charlotte Airport was insanely long from people who also missed their connecting flight to their final destination or the airline canceled them. NEVER FLYING #americanairlines
