Hunter Dewey (‘29,CA) does a phenomenal job staying back with 2-strikes and driving a CB to the back side for a knock. Posted a 2-for-2 day at the plate w/ HBP. High follow. #UBCWest

one year worth of data from 50+ players of ages 6th-college. Using @blastmotion @FullSwingBSB @rapsodo for data collection, hitting off of a @SpinballSports iPitch from 57’ away. Every week we rotate LHP/RHP. In the off season we have 3 months of bat speed training, with 2 bat to ball training months splitting the bat speed months. Starting in January we introduce mix pitch and February & March getting dialed in for games.
