CENTOGENE aus Rostock erzielte laut Unternehmensangaben:
2020: 89,3 Mio. € COVID-19-Umsatz
2021: 146,4 Mio. € COVID-19-Umsatz
Zusammen 235,7 MILLIONEN EURO!
Und trotzdem meldete der Konzern 2021 einen Verlust von 46,9 Mio. €. Wohlgemerkt: Umsatz ist nicht Gewinn.
Ich habe 2021 selbst zwei PCR-Tests bei CENTOGENE / Dr. Bauer privat bezahlt. Dabei wurden meine Gesundheitsdaten und sogar Ausweisdaten verarbeitet.
Was anschließend mit meinen Daten geschah? Genau das möchte ich wissen.
Inzwischen habe ich bei der US-Börsenaufsicht SEC Unternehmensunterlagen gefunden, die unter anderem Datenkooperationen mit Pfizer, wirtschaftliche Verflechtungen mit Dr. Bauer sowie spätere internationale Datentransaktionen dokumentieren.
Das beweist NICHT, dass meine persönlichen PCR-Daten verkauft wurden. Aber es macht die Frage nach ihrer tatsächlichen Verwendung umso relevanter.
UND JETZT KOMMT DER DATENSCHUTZ-WAHNSINN:
Am 10. Juli 2026 habe ich sowohl CENTOGENE als auch Dr. Bauer gemäß Art. 15 DSGVO zur Auskunft aufgefordert.
Bis heute: KEINE ANTWORT VON BEIDEN.
Die Datenschutzaufsicht Mecklenburg-Vorpommern bestätigte meine Beschwerde am 16. Juli 2026 unter dem Aktenzeichen 2.3.8.001/270.
Gleichzeitig bat sie darum, von Sachstandsanfragen abzusehen.
Seitdem habe ich keine inhaltliche Rückmeldung erhalten.
Während Unternehmen grundsätzlich innerhalb eines Monats auf DSGVO-Auskunftsersuchen reagieren müssen, warte ich seit über drei Monaten.
Und die Staatsanwaltschaft Rostock? Lehnt meine Akteneinsicht ebenfalls ab.
Meine Frage lautet deshalb: Wer kontrolliert eigentlich, was mit den sensiblen Gesundheitsdaten aus dem milliardenschweren Pandemie-Testgeschäft geschehen ist?
Ich habe nicht vor, diese Frage unbeantwortet zu lassen.
Die SEC-Unterlagen liegen vor. Meine Rechnungen und PCR-Befunde ebenfalls. Die Datenschutzbeschwerde läuft.
