It would be concerning enough if my wife had her phone in her hand, indicating that her camera had activated without her knowledge. What makes this truly alarming is that her phone was in her purse.
If this was a targeted ad, her phone would have had to communicate with the other lady’s phone to access her purchase history, or even worse, her photos that she took at or before the concert.
So is this the craziest case of marketing espionage or just the craziest coincidence?
