🧑‍🏫 In Scotland, there are proportionally more teachers than anywhere else in the UK. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Under the SNP, education spending is higher than elsewhere in the UK. 🎓 We scrapped tuition fees - and a record number of 18 year olds from deprived areas are going to university. #bbcqt

I come to #SouthSudan as a pilgrim of peace, with two brothers: the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland. We stretch out our hands to you in the name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. @JustinWelby @churchmoderator

Day after day, in so many ways, the reality of the Brexit disaster becomes clearer. The public are so far ahead of the politicians on this one. This from @bbcdebatenight on the care sector in Scotland
"We have lost thousands of frontline staff...because of Brexit and an immovable visa system and immigration system from Westminster” @DrDMacaskill says Brexit has led to “bleeding”staff numbers and greater pressures on healthcare #bbcdn bit.ly/3wN3605

🤷 Anas Sarwar said he wouldn't be making "any pacts, deals or coalitions". 👉 And yet, he's happy for Labour to work with the Tories across Scotland's councils - a party that crashed the UK economy and made us all poorer. 🥀 Vote Labour, get Tory. #FMQs

House of Commons Library confirmed to me today, that using 2016 Scotland Act, a simple majority of MSPs can cause an EARLY HOLYROOD ELECTION in 2023 - for independence. So no need for First Minister to resign, or 2/3rds majority of MSPs #Use2016ScotlandAct - more tomorrow.

Apparently, today, the person in charge of Scotland repeatedly refused to say whether she considered a double rapist "a man or a woman" because she didn't have "enough information". True enough, it's hard to be absolutely certain until you see his face.
