Her: I have a rest at night and on Sundays Me: I sometimes stay up late too Her: I go to bed at 22 ... ... I simply answered that sleep doesn't count as resting, as you need it to LIVE. I wish people didn't need to do this to themselves, especially in your 20s/30s :(

Some people are just built different I guess. Myself, I used to overwork myself at my 20s then think that feeling dead inside twice a week and spending 3+ hours in bed just regenerating (sleep aside) was normal. That was in fact undiagnosed depression and stress disorders.
