Elon Musk recently replied to a post about an elderly woman who'd buy a Tesla today, if only she could read the screen 👀
His answer: "We will add a large font option to the UI."
Tesla already has Standard and Large text. Now an even bigger size is coming 🔍

On a beach in West Africa the fishermen now haul in more clothes than fish, and the clothes have your charity shop's label on them.
The beach is in Accra, the capital of Ghana. A mile inland is Kantamanto, the biggest second-hand clothes market on earth. Every week about 15 million garments arrive there in bales, from Britain, Canada, China and America. Most of what you drop in a clothing bank ends up on its way to a place like this.
The locals have a name for the trade. Obroni Wawu. It means dead white man's clothes, because nobody could imagine a living person giving away so much.
The traders open the bales and sort them. 40 years ago nearly everything sold. Now about 40% of every bale is rubbish before it leaves the market, because the garments were built to be worn 5 times. That is 6 million pieces of clothing a week with nowhere to go.
The city collects what it can. The rest goes into the gutters, the lagoon and the sea.
Then it comes back. The waves roll the clothes together into ropes of knotted polyester as long as a boat, and the beach monitors who count them have a word for those too. Tentacles. They logged 2,344 of them along 4 miles of shore in one year. Fishermen's nets come up full of trousers. Propellers foul on them. Men have had their canoes capsized by somebody's old leggings.
A fishing community cannot fish, because of what the rest of the world was too virtuous to throw in its own bin.
When those clothes were wool and cotton they would have rotted on that beach in a season. Instead they are becoming the coastline.

At the current rate, it won’t be long before they burn the Mona Lisa or take hammers to Michelangelo’s David…

The Insurrection Act is in fact the trigger to pull off their coup. Their entire purpose in 2027 will be to cause enough chaos provoke Trump into using the Insurrection Act. Then a bunch of coordinated responses will kick off, and the intended effect will be to put America governance itself on trial for 2028 and rewrite the Constitution.

I had read roughly one zillion sneers and scoffs by leftists complaining about the jet car doing a flip.
That was before I realized I had not seen the whole demonstration.
The thing can drive straight up walls and cling to surfaces like Spider-Man.
Instead, the left is complaining that Elon Musk has not cured world cancer, cured World hunger, cured all diseases, installed a light rail system in California, irrigated the Sahara.
You malicious fools. What is delaying our future is exactly attempts to cure incurable problems by using the exact opposite of the means needed.
Socialism does not generate wealth. Public schooling does not generate education.
We could have had Spider-Man jet cars two generations ago, plus the reusable space rockets, plus the moonbase, plus the robots, and the self-driving electrical cars, if only we had not wasted so much time with socialist schemes and public education.
The future we were promised on all of the magazine covers in the 1940s and 1950s was always there for the having.

The government assessed a disabled mechanic’s $115,000 home at over $1,000,000 and jacked his property taxes from $1,800/year to more than $30,000.
Darrell Lloyd paid CASH for the 960 sq. ft home. ZERO debt. But he can’t even afford to keep it because of taxes.
No basement. No second floor. He says it’s worth about $180,000.
LLOYD: “I’m at a loss. So right now, I don’t know what to do. I can’t even sell the house because they see the taxes. Everybody gonna run.”
So he went to the assessor’s office for help. Their response?
“Everybody’s taxes increased.”
Lloyd finally called FOX 32 Chicago. Only after the station got involved did officials admit the bill was a MISTAKE.
You work, you pay taxes.
You buy a modest home with cash, you pay taxes.
You get hurt and go on disability, you still pay taxes.
Then they assess your bungalow like a million-dollar estate and mail you a $30,000 bill.
Imagine how many Darrell Lloyds never called the local news...

Yes, working on some pretty shocking discoveries today. They plan on leveraging a 2026 win into creating an orchestrated hellscape in 2027 which they will blame on Trump. And then 2028 in turn will use 2027's events to leverage the Presidential election discussion into a structural reform of America (aka, multilateral democracy with socialistic elements).

The federal investigation into Ilhan Omar’s finances will find tens of millions of dollars in reported valuations suddenly vanishing, tax troubles with state tax collectors, and companies reportedly taking in a lot of money suddenly collapsing after overstating their business activity. Having covered corporate accounting frauds at the Wall Street Journal, IRS frauds, and the subprime mortgage fraud crisis, it’s an understatement to say something is seriously off.
In May 2025, Omar’s financial disclosures valued her husband Tim Mynett’s stake in Rose Lake Capital at $5M–$25M for calendar year 2024. It began operations in 2022.
She also disclosed in Congressional records the value of his stake in their winery eStCru at $1M–$5M. The winery launched in 2020.
But just a year earlier, she had reported the stake in Rose Lake Capital was worth only $1 to $1K, and eSTCru, $15K-$50K.
Then came a major reversal. Just this year, Omar amended her 2024 and 2025 disclosures on March 26, changing both businesses’ asset values from millions of dollars to
“None.” For 2024, Rose Lake income changed from “None” to $100,001–$1M; eStCru income changed from $5K–$15K to $2,501–$5K. For 2025, Rose Lake income changed to “None” and eSTCru income changed to $201–$1K.
So what was going on at the businesses that were supposedly worth as much as $30M just two years ago?
In November 2024, Rose Lake Inc.’s CEO, William Hailer, reportedly testified in a bankruptcy proceeding that the company had no money, assets or investments. Right as Omar's disclosure valued her husband's stake at up to $25M.
Rose Lake Capital listed its headquarters at 80 M Street SE, Washington, D.C., a WeWork coworking location. There was no visible Rose Lake signage or staff. There are no SEC records that either her husband, his partner, or their investment firm were registered with the SEC as investment advisers. Its website boasted “deep global networks in more than 80 countries” when its D.C. WeWork office shared space with a Walmart operation and the American Trucking Assn.
There was little to no public evidence of real business activity. No verifiable public track record of Rose Lake managing money for investors. No publicly disclosed clients, investment deals, or portfolios identified. Rose Lake’s public website removed the names and bios of its listed officers and advisers amid scrutiny.
Omar’s husband Tim Mynett and his partner had little to no Wall Street experience. They had co-founded a political consultancy, where he helped raise more than $100M for Democrats and worked on Omar’s 2019 re-election.
Her husband’s Rose Lake Inc. had to forfeit its registration in Delaware in 2024 for failing to pay the state a big $403K in back taxes, and for having no registration agent. This was right as Omar was claiming in her disclosures his stake was worth up to $25M from less than $1K a year before. How does a firm that is supposedly valued at that sum not able to pay its taxes?
And Washington, D.C. also had cancelled its registration for Rose Lake Capital LLC, too, for failure to pay reportedly just $1,770 in back taxes. Another inconsistency: the Delaware entity is Rose Lake Inc., but Omar discloses it as Rose Lake Capital LLC.
As for his winery where Omar suddenly valued his stake at $5M in 2024 up from $15K-50K just a year prior - there were wines marketed online, but no signs of a functioning winery facility, tasting room, or production operations at the supposed address.
An investor had sued Mynett and his partner alleging they promised to triple his investment in the winery to $900K from $300K, but failed to deliver returns. He claimed in his suit “there is no legitimate business there.” The dispute was reportedly settled in November 2024. eStCru was subsequently dissolved in California in April 2026. #news #News @IlhanMN @GOPoversight @OversightDems @DHSgov @IRS_CI #BreakingNews @AP @Reuters @EveningEdit @FoxBusiness @FoxNews @JudgeJeanine @CBSNews @ABC

There is a mountain of unworn clothes in the driest desert on earth, large enough to be photographed from space. It grows by 39,000 tons a year and almost none of it will ever rot.
The Atacama, in northern Chile, is a place where it may not rain for a decade. On its edge is a duty-free port called Iquique. Every year about 59,000 tons of clothing arrives there from Europe, America and Asia. It is last season's stock that never sold, and the bags people leave at charity shops.
Dealers pick through it for anything they can resell across South America. Two thirds of it is worthless. Nobody will pay to ship it back out, so lorries drive it into the desert at night and tip it.
The local landfill refuses to take it. The reason given is that the clothing does not biodegrade and is full of chemicals. Most of it is polyester, which is plastic, and in a place with no rain and no soil life it will lie there for centuries. Some of it is set alight, and the smoke drifts over a town of 100,000 people.
In 2025 a Chilean court ruled that the dumps had done serious damage to the land.
For most of history this could not have happened. Clothes were wool, linen and leather. They were worn out, handed down and patched, and at the very end a rag merchant paid for the scraps. In Yorkshire, from 1813, old woollens were shredded and spun into new cloth. Anything left went on the fields, where wool breaks down in months and feeds the grass.
Nobody ever had to find a desert for worn-out wool. We invented a fabric that cannot die, and then we started making it to be thrown away.
