We are very proud to have achieved an ArtsMark Platinum Award @ArtsAward awarded by Arts Council England @ace_national . Our staff and students have worked incredibly hard to embed and celebrate the arts across the curriculum and foster strong community links.

Look at the amazing KS3 #artsaward exhibition inspired by the work of #hewlocke. We had a private view in the evening and a whole school viewing the next day. It was lovely to celebrate student's work with family, friends and the local community.

Really proud to have received our Silver Award from #HealthySchoolsLondon #HealthySchools - this celebrates all the work we have been doing as a school to support a healthy mind and body - including healthy eating, the MOVE programme and our school-wide Well-Being Strategy.

This week we have been having a lot of fun in science exploring #chromatography (big word - basically just means separating mixtures - and here students are separating colours). We used the Rainbow Fish for inspiration and made our own colourful fish. #rainbowfish #science

Oh the joys of #Modroc ! We have been using it to cover masks in preparation for our big #artsaward @ArtsAward exhibition . We found it very calming to cut the strips, dip them in water and then smooth them down onto the masks. What art activities help you relax?

We had a brilliant #Wellbeing inset day this week. It started with a fantastic workshop delivered by @EdSupportUK about communication, connection and community. Then we had a series of sessions staff could choose, including Box Fit, Gong Therapy and Life Drawing. #edutwitter

We have had a brilliant day deepening our knowledge of the MOVE programme and now all our teaching and support staff are qualified MOVE practitioners. We planned lessons, tried using different equipment and got very competitive over balloons. @MOVEprogramme
