🌹 @tessysbrunches - Athens | 27 June 2026 ✨️Resilience. Visibility. Sisterhood. These were not just themes -they were the pulse of an unforgettable gathering beneath the Parthenon. ⚜️The heartfelt stories of rising women, the words of wisdom that stirred something deep within us, the uplifting songs, and the sight of women dancing in pure exhilaration all wove together into a tapestry of unity that is impossible to fully capture in words. What happened last Saturday was more than an event; it was an awakening. 👑Every speaker offered food for thought that will nourish us for months and years to come. Because after such an inspiring gathering, we didn't simply "have a good time" -seeds were planted. Seeds of introspection, expansion, and action. 👉🏻Seeds that will help us widen the circle Dr Tessy Ojo CBE @Ttall began, growing what has now become a movement that embraces more and more women until it becomes a global, borderless, boundless sisterhood. 🙏🏻We, at the Asimenia @FeathamSchools of English, are proud to be among the sponsors of this groundbreaking event, which returned to Greece two years after its inaugural international edition in Crete -an event we had the privilege of fully sponsoring. Witnessing its continued growth and impact has been both inspiring and deeply meaningful. 🙌🏻Here's to the women who inspired us, challenged us, and reminded us that when women rise together, they create lasting change. 💟We dedicate this post to the late Diana, Princess of Wales who was born on this day 65 years ago. #TessysBrunches #Featham #Featham50 #FeathamSchools #femaleempowerment #womensempowerment #princessdiana #tessyojo – at Moschato, Greece

Tessy’s Brunches: Elevate HER I had the honour of being invited to speak Tessy’s Brunches hosted by the powerhouse Dr Tessy Ojo CBE @Ttall to discuss how you can advocate better for your health and have your voice heard True advocacy happens when you are being listened to and your experience is being validated: My top tips for advocacy for your health: 1. Take your symptom checker and share your ideas, concerns & expectations of what you would like at the consultation 2. Say “I have gone through reasonable lengths to self manage this situation and I now need to escalate it, maybe some investigations or a certain medical intervention might help?” 3. if at the end of this you're still being denied the care you need, go in with, 'please refer me onto a specialist, I would like a second opinion” I always says visibility, representation, collaboration and uplifting others to the table where conversations are happening for meaningful change are at the heart of being heard - may we continue to do this for better outcomes 💕 You matter Your voice matters

(1/2) RECLAIMING NARRATIVES_ This year’s theme is not just about telling the stories of Black communities; it’s about allowing them to take control of their own narrative and ensure that their stories are told with the respect, dignity, and accuracy it deserves.
