Most culture pilots aren't pilots. They're soft launches with no end date.
Our 30-day version: one channel, one owner, three success criteria written on day one, and a real go / tune / no-go at the end.

Noticed is remote first, and Savannah says Trivia helped their teammates get to know each other across departments. Weekly prizes keep everyone playing, and the breaks are good for the team too. Try it free in Slack or Teams: trytrivia.co
A five-minute trivia round at the end of a long week does something big team events rarely manage. Everyone plays, nobody has to RSVP, and the person who stays quiet on calls turns out to know every capital in South America. Who's the surprise trivia champ on your team?
Boss's Day is Friday and someone in your office is already passing a card around. What's the best thing you've ever seen written in one?

Tuesday afternoons are perfect for one tiny question in the team channel, like the best snack in your desk drawer or the first concert you ever went to. Five minutes of silly answers and people know each other a little better. What's your go-to question for a slow afternoon?
Office gets the jokes. Remote gets the recap, late. Our new post is about proximity bias in hybrid teams and the five-minute channel rituals that put everyone in on the same joke. trytrivia.co/blogs/proximity…
Midweek kudos might be the most underrated team ritual. A quick shoutout in Slack or Teams for whoever untangled a messy handoff or answered the same question three times with a smile lands so much better than saving it all for Friday. Who on your team deserves one today?
Ever launched a #culture channel that buzzed on day one and went quiet by day ten? Our new post is all about why that happens and how one small recurring moment in the channel people already use keeps it alive. trytrivia.co/blogs/slack-cha…
Explain "optional" team events like I'm two.
Optional = empty Zoom.
Mandatory = nobody's having fun.
So what actually gets your team to show up?

So true. When pay and clarity come first, connection that is actually optional has room to land, and a few relaxed minutes in the team channel usually beats another forced night out.
Optional on the invite still leaves a guest list that feels like a test.
We wrote up how to kill RSVP theater and run a five-minute channel quiz instead.

new-hire week is usually 14 logins and almost no humans
we wrote what HR can run in Slack or Teams in week one so people actually meet teammates

A little workplace trivia can turn a quiet meeting into a real conversation. Small moments, stronger teams.
Nobody wants the icebreaker where you rehearse your answer and miss everyone else's.
Fun facts. Five minutes. Stay in the channel.

The icebreaker where everyone rehearses their answer is the one nobody wants.
Fun facts. Five minutes. Stay in the channel.

Remote teams do not need another meeting to feel like a team.
They need a five-minute reason to show up in the channel they already live in. Fun facts, not personal questions. Then back to work.
