The ignoramus and so-called “white saviour” Mike Arnold (@MikeArnoldTruth) first threatened Biafrans with another genocide. Now, he is threatening to report the United States of Biafra Government to the @FBI for promoting the right of self-defence against the Nigerian genocidal regime, Fulani terrorist attacks, and Boko Haram, amid continuing killings, displacement, and sexual violence affecting Biafran communities.
What exactly does Mike Arnold expect Biafrans to do? Sit helplessly, cry to the "international community", and wait to be massacred?
That is precisely the fate we refuse to accept. Biafrans will not voluntarily become defenceless victims while their communities are attacked. If Arnold’s position is that people facing deadly attacks should simply remain passive, then the practical consequence of that position is horrifying: victims are expected to wait for extermination without defending themselves.
He claims to love Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yet attacks Biafrans who subscribe to two principles central to Kanu’s political message: self-determination and self-defence. Even more disgracefully, Aloy Ejimakor (@AloyEjimakor) and others trapped in a neo-colonial mindset appear willing to side with Arnold while attacking Biafrans who have decided that they will no longer accept victimhood.
There is another glaring contradiction. Mike Arnold has stated in interviews that he owns a gun. Apparently, exercising the right to protect oneself is acceptable for him, yet people who face the threat of extermination are supposed to remain defenceless.
And then we are expected to accept a system in which Africans are perpetually displaced, traumatised and dependent, while outsiders like Mike Arnold arrive as “saviours,” raise funds, conduct missionary or humanitarian projects, and build schools for people who should never have been displaced in the first place.
No. We refuse that cycle. We refuse to be reduced to permanent victims. We refuse to outsource our survival.
The right to life means nothing if a people are forbidden from protecting life when it is under unlawful and state-sponsored attack.

“Chair Swift, members of the Board:
My name is Dr. Ngozi Orabueze. I am from United States of Biafra. I am now an American. I live in DeKalb County. I am a Republican candidate for State Senate District 44 in November.
I speak because of what was said here on August 31.
A member said asking for the Pledge of Allegiance was offensive. She said the Pledge does not unify us. She said the state legislature met to take voting power away from Black people. She said this country does not treat us as Americans and never has. Two other members agreed.
I left another country to come here. I know what it means when a nation does not treat you as a citizen. That is not the America I live in. I registered. I qualified. I am on the ballot. I am asking every voter in my district for their vote — Black, White, and immigrants like me.
The Pledge does not take away my rights. Fair election rules do not take away my rights. What hurts trust is this Board using our race as a political argument.
Please put the Pledge on the agenda and vote. Please run a clean election in November. Count every legal ballot the same — including mine, and including the people who vote against me.

UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW, UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA IS A SOVEREIGN NATION
To redeclare / restore an old nation like Biafra, international law does NOT require you to create a new nation from scratch. You are restoring a nation that already existed.
Requirements to Restore Biafra which USB Did in Lahti November 29th, 2024
1. Proof that the old nation existed as a state before
- Biafra did. Declared May 30, 1967 by Ojukwu, with constitution, government, army, currency, 5 countries recognized it (Tanzania, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Zambia, Haiti). It existed until Jan 1970.
2. Proof that it was never legally dissolved
- Biafra never signed a treaty of dissolution. Never did referendum to join Nigeria. It was only militarily occupied in 1970 after war. Occupation does not extinguish statehood. This is same as Poland under Nazis, Baltic States under USSR (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) — they were occupied for 50 years but restored without needing permission.
3. The People still exist and still want it
- You need a defined people (Biafrans). And they must show continued will. That is what our self-referendum Feb-Nov 2024 did — 50 million voted YES as EXTRA evidence of will, but legally not mandatory. The will can be shown by declaration.
4. Territory
- You need to define the territory of the old nation. For Biafra, it is the former Eastern Region territory - the 40 States of Biafra Map (attached).
5. Effective Government ready to restore
- Montevideo Convention 1933 criteria:
a) Permanent population
b) Defined territory
c) Government: USB Cabinet, 40 States governors, Mission Heads, Envisioned Elite, Commissioners.
d) Capacity to enter foreign relations
- USB now has Government in Homeland (with Dr. Orabueze as the DPM), Government in Exile, 40 states structure, constitution, map, declaration of restoration Nov 29, 2024 Lahti as United States of Biafra, Christian Nation.
6. Redeclaration / Restoration Proclamation
- A formal declaration that we are restoring, not seceding. This is what BRGIE / USB did on Nov 29, 2024 in Lahti, Finland. We declared our RESTORATION.
7. International notification
- Send the restoration declaration to UN, foreign governments (over 200 foreign governors and international organizations have USB documents), and get at least one legislative recognition — State of São Paulo Motion No. 186 of 2026 AFFIRMS USB UN right to self-determination. Verification code 2026.05.28.2.1.16.9.33.1880777. Some other countries also did.
So, referendum is NOT required to restore an old nation. Referendum is required when you want to CREATE a new nation from an existing country (like South Sudan).
But to restore a nation that was occupied, you only need to redeclare.
That is why people like Rachael Nwosu and those Biafra Nigeria Agents misleading her and neighboring Nigeria are misguided — they think like secession law.
USB is RESTORATION law.
Nigeria is currently, forcefully, illegally occupying a sovereign Nation; they MUST leave.

Dear Biafrans,
We have endured centuries of enslavement, massacres, and genocide—often with the direct involvement or silent approval of foreign powers, especially from Europe. Have we not learned enough from history to recognize when another outsider, who knows nothing about our pain and struggle, attempts to divide us so we can be more easily conquered?
According to our Prime Minister, Elias @EGerasouli35992 was paid ten thousand dollars monthly for lobbying the US Congress—money that came from the hard work, suffering, and sacrifice of Biafrans. What has he accomplished with it? Our people are still being slaughtered, and yet @USinNigeria continues to hold meetings with those who have been credibly accused of rape, kidnapping, and murder against Biafrans.
Yesterday, I responded to a post where Elias viciously attacked a fellow Biafran. He deleted it immediately. Why? Because the truth exposes him.
It is time for Biafrans to reject this man and move forward with leaders who are committed to unity, justice, and international recognition for our people. Elias should be thrown into the trash heap of the Biafra struggle—just like Bruce Fein—where failed, self-serving opportunists belong.
We owe it to ourselves and to future generations.

A Hisbah Islamic enforcement officer has reportedly warned Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, insisting that Plateau is a Sharia state and that Hisbah officials have the right to enforce compliance with Sharia laws.
This is a serious matter that deserves immediate clarification from the Plateau State Government and relevant authorities.
Can an Islamic religious enforcement body legally impose Sharia rules on residents of Plateau State, regardless of their faith?
