Federal authorities have begun arresting 28 noncitizens accused of illegally registering to vote, with prosecutors saying many also cast ballots in past elections. At least 11 suspects were in custody early Monday, and more arrests are expected, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said.
The DOJ says it has charged 113 noncitizens across 20 states with voting and registration offenses in the past seven weeks, and 156 people with voting fraud-related offenses since the administration began. Essayli said authorities are investigating thousands of additional potential cases nationwide.

With the Slotkin comments fresh in everyone's mind, it's worth revisiting what Susan Rice warned about should Democrats take power.
They've been very open about what they want to do.
Rice promised in February that Democrats will punish people, companies and institutions who have “taken a knee to Trump.”
“It’s not going to end well for them."
“If these corporations think that the Democrats, when they come back in power, are going to play by the old rules…they’ve got another thing coming."
“There will be an accountability agenda."
“This is not going to be an instance of forgive and forget."
So anyone that dared to be affiliated with the Trump admin will be targeted for political and legal reprisals, per Rice.

The judge who signed the warrant to raid Rep. Ilhan Omar's DC home is a Hillary Clinton donor who clerked for an Obama appointee. That fact alone demolishes the left's claim that this is some Trump-orchestrated political hit job.
Mike Davis argues the opposite is true: the evidence against Omar must be so overwhelming that even a judge with deep leftist ties couldn't refuse to sign off. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause of at least one federal crime inside that home, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew Sharbaugh — appointed by a bench dominated by Obama and Biden picks — found it was there.
Omar's allies in Congress, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamie Raskin, and Rashida Tlaib, cried political revenge. But Davis says the simplest explanation is the most damning one for Democrats: a federal indictment may be coming before Christmas, and the evidence trail appears to reach well beyond Omar alone.

Her amended financial disclosures wiped out up to $30 million in reported business values while reported income jumped to as much as $1 million.
Then there are the joint tax returns she filed with a man she wasn’t legally married to.
And the search warrant? A judge must find probable cause before issuing one.
Her lawyers can ask the court to unseal the warrant and supporting affidavit for public scrutiny. Why not?
Instead of answering substantive questions, Omar keeps blaming Trump.
When you can’t answer the questions, create a distraction.
This is a documents case. Trump isn’t an accounting entry, a tax return, or a bank record.

NEW: Federal law enforcement sources tell @FoxNews that the suspect arrested in Lee County, FL for the alleged sexual assault of an underage boy during a house showing is a transgender illegal alien from Mexico who was previously ignored by the Obama administration when ICE had the opportunity to take him into custody in Georgia in 2015.
Police say 38-year-old URIEL SANTIAGO PEREZ, a biological male who presents as a woman, pretended to be an interested home buyer when he showed up to a house in North Fort Myers, FL last week - where the victim's father was listing the home for sale and giving a tour of the residence. Police say when the father briefly stepped out to smoke a cigarette, PEREZ sexually assaulted the underage boy in a bathroom. According to the police report, Perez exposed his “breasts” to the boy before forcefully sexually assaulting him.
A federal source tells FOX that PEREZ was previously encountered by ICE after an arrest in Lawrenceville, GA in 2015, but because he didn't meet the Obama administration's ICE enforcement priorities at the time, he was ignored and ICE did not place a detainer on him with the Gwinnett County, GA jail. Fox is told this was specifically the result of former Obama DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson's 11/20/2014 memo on ICE enforcement priorities. Fox is told that PEREZ has a prior conviction for prostitution in Georgia in 2013. ICE has now placed a detainer on him with law enforcement in Lee County, FL for this sexual assault arrest.

Fort Hood shooting survivor Alonzo Lunsford says he wants to witness the execution of the man who tried to kill him, Nidal Malik Hasan, who is expected to be executed by firing squad.
Lunsford wants to face the terrorist who tried to take his life and deliver one final message: “I am not your victim anymore. I’m a survivor.”
A staff sergeant at the time of the 2009 Fort Hood mass shooting, Lunsford was shot seven times. He survived, but the attack left him blind in one eye, without half his intestines, and suffering from lasting nerve damage.
