Everywhere is blurred!!!
Dear @inecnigeria Nigerians are watching you. This time, we are ready for you people
Okwute is not a guy name. Na identity!
The most popular and talked about politician in Nigeria remains PO.
And the the OK combination, Nigeria is charged!!
We are convinced that targeting a strategic appreciation of the exchange rate by reasonably strengthening it from ₦1,350/$ to ₦500/$ as part of our manifesto is a winning strategy
It offers a direct, multi-faceted approach to curbing inflation, reducing poverty, and lowering the cost of living
When paired with our core manifesto commitments—such as major infrastructure improvements in security, electricity, and the road network, alongside structural reforms to boost market competitiveness—we can reasonably project a dramatic drop in staple commodity prices:
• Sliced Bread (Loaf): ₦1,750 → ₦800
• Imported Rice (50kg bag): ₦55,000 → ₦27,500
• Yam (Medium tuber): ₦2,400 → ₦1,200
• Maize (50kg bag): ₦75,000 → ₦37,500
• Plantain (Bunch): ₦2,500 → ₦1,250
• Whole Chicken: ₦7,000 → ₦3,500
• Eggs (Dozen): ₦2,300 → ₦1,150
• Garri (Painter): ₦1,300 → ₦650
• Petrol (Per litre): ₦1,350/$1 → ₦500/$1
• Cement (50kg bag): ₦13,500/$10 → ₦2,000/$4
It clearly demonstrates our concrete plan to uplift the 140 million Nigerians currently experiencing multi-dimensional poverty
PO has never deviated from these four-prong policy thrust:
1. investing in health
2. investing in education,
3. strengthening our productive capacity and,
4. pulling our people out of pervasive poverty.
That is a sign of a leader with purpose and vision.
KOGI STATE: HISTORY, GOVERNANCE AND THE CHALLENGE OF BUILDING A NEW NIGERIA
After participating in the inauguration of the Presidential Campaign Council of our party, the NDC, yesterday, I travelled to Kogi State today, 27th October 2026, as part of my ongoing series of town hall meetings across the country. In Lokoja, I paid a courtesy visit to the Maigari of Lokoja, His Royal Highness Dr. Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV.
I sincerely thank His Royal Highness for receiving us at such short notice. I informed him of our town hall meeting in Lokoja, after which he graciously took time to share with us some of the history of the city.
He told us about the historic Holy Trinity Primary School, which was established in 1865 by the Most Reverend Bishop Samuel Ajayi Crowther and missionaries of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion. It is regarded as the oldest primary school in Northern Nigeria. He also told us about the historic 'Iron of Liberty' monument.
Visiting these historic sites was both enlightening and sobering. The Holy Trinity Primary School reminded me that, 161 years after its establishment, Nigeria still has the highest number of out-of-school children in the world. It is concerning that we have not done enough to preserve these legacies or build on the foundations laid by those who came before us.
At the 'Iron of Liberty,' I was reminded of the historic collaboration between missionaries and the authorities in the struggle to end the slave trade in Nigeria.
My visits to these sites reinforce my comments yesterday about spending all my holidays as President in Nigeria. They also highlight the abundant tourism potential of Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.
From these historic sites, I proceeded to our town hall meeting, organised by our party and candidates, where we had a lengthy and engaging conversation about the contemporary challenges facing our country.
During the interaction, we discussed several issues affecting our nation, including corruption, agriculture, tourism in Kogi State, the moribund Ajaokuta Steel Company and other important matters.
My response was to reiterate our position that endemic, entrenched and institutional corruption remains at the core of many of the challenges confronting Nigeria today and must be decisively addressed.
I reiterated my commitment to uniting and securing our country around a common purpose: investing in health and education, strengthening our productive capacity and pulling our people out of pervasive poverty.
I concluded my visit by consoling a business owner whose complex was recently gutted by fire. I also visited traders at Kpata Market, where I interacted with them and received first-hand information about the prevailing economic situation, including the rising cost of goods. The traders complained of low patronage due to reduced disposable income among consumers.
I thank the large crowd that attended the event for their warm reception and the fruitful interaction we had.
My sincere gratitude goes to the organisers of our town hall meeting in Lokoja, our candidates, and all our party members and participants.
A New Nigeria is Possible, and Nigeria will be OK. -PO
Below is the punishment rigging and election malpractices, but APC which is the ruling party is the chief election offender. Truly, don't expect justice in a country ruled by criminals

Norway uses its oil wealth to support public services, including education. Young Norwegian students can attend public universities without tuition fees, while children benefit from free public primary and secondary education. Nigeria is also an oil-producing country, we should borrow a leaf from Norway and turn our oil wealth into better schools, affordable university education, and opportunities for young people.
Our natural resources should improve the lives of our people, not just enrich a few, stop defending the politicians who are impoverishing you with their inhumane policies.
Nigerian soldiers are being paid peanuts as salaries, yet an APC youth leader is flaunting SUVs worth billions of naira. This is the same government that told Nigerians there was no longer money in the treasury. At this point, they must think we are fools!
Please what did @peterobi steal from ADC? The rate the members of ADC are having high blood pressure based on PO is insane?
So the game is position to build your influence on social media. Gather enough followers. Then when the person that can pay enough money comes, Ditch all your talks about New Nigeria, good leadership, tell people you were stupid then. Then begin to dance for the new investor
They cannot
If they've not picked me, it means I'm not doing enough to resist the APC.
But imagine a million people speaking up, will they pick all of us?

TINUBU MUST EXPLAIN LUXURY SUV GIFTS TO APC YOUTHS WHILE NIGERIANS GO HUNGRY — ATIKU.
Former Vice President and African Democratic Congress presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of presiding over a grotesque spectacle of executive excess: the reported distribution of 2026 model luxury SUVs, each worth more than ₦150 million, to APC youth leaders while millions of Nigerians are crushed by hunger and soaring costs.
Atiku said it was a brazen insult to ask Nigerians to endure hardship while party loyalists receive vehicles worth a fortune. He demanded an immediate public explanation from President Tinubu and the Presidency: who is paying for these SUVs, and why is such lavish political spending taking place while ordinary families struggle to afford food and transport?
In a statement issued by Phrank Shaibu, Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council, Atiku said:
"The APC National Youth Leader says these vehicles were donated by First Lady Oluremi Tinubu. Nigerians deserve to know where the money came from to buy and distribute so many 2026 model SUVs, each worth more than ₦150 million, for political mobilisation.
"The First Lady holds no elected or executive office. She is only a domestic appendage of the office of President. Were these vehicles bought with her personal funds, donations or public resources? Who paid for them? What was the total cost? The Presidency must provide a clear account. Nigerians cannot be expected to accept a fleet of extraordinarily expensive vehicles for party loyalists without knowing who financed them.
"At a time families cannot afford food, transport and other basic necessities, these gifts are a brazen insult to the people. The government has found a way to provide luxury SUVs for APC youth leaders, yet millions of Nigerians are still waiting for meaningful relief from the cost of living crisis. This is not merely a question of misplaced priorities. It is one of the most outlandish displays of executive recklessness in our history.
"First, APC women leaders reportedly received luxury vehicles. Now, according to the National Youth Leader, APC youth leaders are receiving SUVs from the First Lady. The earlier gifts came on the eve of the abduction of schoolchildren in Oyo State. Now another lavish round of political giving is taking place while Nigerians face hunger, insecurity and hardship.
"While Nigerians continue to ask where the savings from subsidy removal have gone, the Presidency must explain how such costly gifts are being funded. If the vehicles were paid for privately, the source of the funds should be disclosed. If public resources were used, the government must identify who authorised the spending and under what legal authority.
"The scale of these gifts raises grave questions about whether our collective patrimony is being diverted to buy political loyalty. Nigeria cannot be run as a captured state, where wealth and influence serve the powerful while ordinary citizens are left to struggle.
"The same youth leader who made the gifts public is reportedly travelling by private jet. That image of extraordinary privilege stands in jarring contrast to the hardship facing ordinary Nigerians. The Presidency must stop treating questions about wealth and spending as an inconvenience. Nigerians have a right to ask where the money came from.
"Nor is this culture of privilege confined to party officials; it reaches the very household of the President. His own son, Mr Seyi Tinubu, has been pictured, in widely circulated images, wearing a Richard Mille RM 67-02 Sébastien Ogier, a timepiece that sells for close to half a million dollars ($500k), while the same government asks ordinary Nigerians to endure hardship, tighten their belts and wait patiently for relief that never seems to arrive.
Tinubu is calling for what he cannot handle. #FreeRilwanNow
CIVILITY IS NOT WEAKNESS. ENOUGH OF THE HARASSMENT OF MY SUPPORTERS. RELEASE RILWAN OLAWALE NOW.
The continued intimidation and harassment of my supporters across the country, the latest being the case of Rilwan Olawale, is disturbing and unacceptable.
President Bola Tinubu has remained a huge beneficiary of our democracy and should not brazenly be destroying it by encouraging and facilitating violence.
Our campaign is peaceful and issue-driven, focused on offering Nigerians a credible alternative built on competence, accountability, justice, and compassion.
We have chosen the path of peace, not violence; persuasion, not intimidation. However, nobody should mistake our civility for weakness, our restraint for fear, or our commitment to peace for an absence of resolve. We will not be intimidated into silence, nor will we abandon Nigerians who believe in a New Nigeria that is possible and will be OK.
I therefore demand transparency regarding Rilwan Olawale’s arrest, his release, respect for his rights, and an end to politically motivated harassment. No government or political party has the right to deny Nigerians the freedom to support a candidate of their choice.
We will remain peaceful but resolute. We will not resort to violence, but we will stand firmly and lawfully against every attempt to undermine our democratic rights.
A New Nigeria is POssible and will be OK. -PO

Renewed Lies: 12 Simple Questions Tinubu Must Answer in Kaduna Tomorrow
by Mohammed Bello Doka
23 October, 2026.
Tomorrow, the All Progressives Congress will officially launch its 2027 presidential campaign in Kaduna, not Lagos. It will be another rally. Another sea of rented crowds. Another round of thunderous promises that were never meant to be kept. It is akin to a lying competition in which the speaker knows he is lying, the listeners know the speaker is lying, and both pretend otherwise — a ritual that repeats every four years with the precision of a broken clock.
But this time, the questions must follow the convoy. And they must be asked not only to the man on the podium, but to everyone who climbs that stage, and to every Nigerian regardless of party — because the deception is not the property of one party. It is a national affliction.
Here are twelve simple questions.
1. Who removed fuel subsidy — and where are the savings?
Your spokespersons, including the Director General of your campaign council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, now claim there was no subsidy provision in the 2023 appropriation when you took over as president, while in direct contrast your supporters trumpet subsidy removal as your greatest achievement. On May 29, 2023, you declared: "Subsidy can no longer justify its ever-increasing costs in the wake of drying resources. We shall instead re-channel the funds into better investment in public infrastructure, education, health care and jobs that will materially improve the lives of millions." The question here is who removed subsidy and where is the benefit. After removing a benefit enjoyed by over 200 million Nigerians, what verifiable benefits have the savings delivered — and can you publish the subsidy savings ledger? The government claimed removal would save over ₦10 trillion in two years; Nigerians are still waiting for the hospitals, schools and jobs that money was meant to build.
2. Insecurity: "the only repentant bandit is a dead bandit" — so why negotiate with bandits in the North and not the South-West?
In Kaduna, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai said the only repentant bandit is a dead one. Yet your administration continues to explore negotiation and amnesty frameworks with bandits in the North while refusing any such approach in Yorubaland. Why the double standard — and what have you actually done to curtail insecurity since May 2023? Between 2023 and 2025, Nigeria recorded thousands of kidnappings and killings, with the North-West accounting for the largest share.
3. "Where is the light?" — your own second-term test
On the 2023 campaign trail you promised that if you could not fix Nigeria's electricity, Nigerians should not vote for you in 2027. Where is the light? Has grid supply, generation capacity, or tariff relief improved enough for you to stand by your own test? Nigerians still endure collapsing grids and darkness while paying more for power than ever — Nigerians now pay ₦209 per kilowatt-hour after the April 2024 tariff hike. Where is the money?
4. Poverty: your own spokesmen admit multidimensional poverty has risen — and over 75% of the poor are in the North. Are you here to hold our governors to account?
Bayo Onanuga and other spokespersons have acknowledged a considerable increase in multidimensional poverty. NBS data puts over 75% of Nigeria's multidimensional poor in the North. You have asked citizens to hold their governors to account — so what is the Federal Government's accountability for the North, and what specific federal interventions have reversed these numbers since May 2023? The NBS Multidimensional Poverty Index reported 133 million Nigerians — about 63% of the population — as multidimensionally poor, with the North-West alone accounting for over 45 million.
5. Agriculture: the Kaduna promise and the food crisis
