I really appreciated this article @AdamMGrant & shared w/ my company @Truss_Works We've been doing practices you mention, from a #wins channel in Slack (huge value!), to "no meeting" days to create uninterrupted time. I'm doing a No Meeting week as an experiment starting Monday.
The absence of mental illness doesn't mean the presence of mental health.
Even if you're not depressed or burned out, you might be languishing—feeling a sense of emptiness and stagnation. Meh.
Naming it is a step toward lighting a path out of the void.
