The Gen 7’s inability to tolerate yaw is just as bad as the dirty air itself, that’s another joyous side effect of the floor being primary source of downforce . As @gabe_ryor says, you can’t see drivers “express themselves” much when the car stepping out is a near automatic spin.
The 24 chops the 48 on corner entry and the 48 still gains ground through the center of the corner getting to Jeff bumper by corner exit.

sucks the cup series runs a mentally & physically challenged GT3 car. the NOAPS car is the quintessential stock car hands down.

We’re gonna get Bryan Johnson in an LMP3 car before GTA Vi
Car racing is cognitive enhancement: > 12 hrs on a driving video game, and 60-85 yr olds were cognitively overtaking 20 yr olds > race car drivers do in one brain region what a novice does in 15 > six months later, the seniors kept the gains with zero practice

Stage points treat races like seasons. I'm fine with a point or two for leading laps or running the fastest lap but laps 75 and 185 shouldn't mean more than laps 1-74, 76-184 or 186-300. You get the points for where you finish
Logano and Hocevar disagree with Larson and say not to think about touching stage points.

Still mad they put this shirt on their site and then immediately unlisted it and never put it back up

It’s been years of this problem, but I’ve never seen a team so bad at recovering the puck and getting out of the defensive zone as the Red Wings…

Definitely more fun with both axles still attached to the vehicle.

Imagine being a federal judge who has to oversee the video game racecar case
With the latest filing in Team Conti LLC v. Kenneth Biron, it appears the case is being moved to FEDERAL COURT. I'm sure our Founding Fathers were well prepared for our federal judiciary to handle this most reverent and awesome responsibility on adjudicating setup shop beef.

The amount of people pretending to be in the know is crazy and the amount of people gullible enough to give them credibility is even worse. Idk what did or didn’t happen, but neither do 99.9% of the people talking about it. Kinda a good case study on the dangers of the internet.
The biggest name in nascar was arrested and nobody hears about it in until 4 months later and it’s a Reddit user?

We need a formal word for when there is one really stupid group of people, but the primary group that opposes them is also incredibly stupid.

Initial review on Project Motor Racing: Attempted a practice session with a dozen ai cars. My screen was moving in slow motion. The cars didn’t feel that lively, but the input lag made it hard to judge for sure. I’ll give it another shot but initial findings are no bueno.
May have to cave and try this game since iRacing would rather scan 57426 GT3 cars than any TA cars.
