We had the opportunity to host a workshop at AWS AIOps Day in Hong Kong, talking through how TrueWatch helps production teams move from AWS observability signals to safe, AI-assisted action. The session was conducted by our Head of Product, where he covered the operating foundations that come before Agent authority (runbooks, ownership, access controls, safe test paths, and automation hooks), how AIOps and AgentOps work together across the AWS production loop, and what a good first governed workflow looks like: frequent, observable, bounded, and reversible.
