Miami is by far the youngest team in the league, maybe in NFL history, with over a quarter of their snaps being taken by rookies…and yet they’re right in the middle of the pack in penalties and penalty yardage. I hear complaints about this so, a little perspective.

I see a lot of people hating on Hafley specifically. Saying the team is undisciplined. People, that comes with reps. Just because he said he wants a disciplined team doesn't mean the team will be disciplined right out of the gate. We're in the construction phase. Give it time.

In past years we had such high expectations for this team. We expected them to be good & compete. But even when they were good, a part of us knew they just weren't "good enough." Now there are no expectations. So just take it for what it is & try & enjoy it. #PhinsUp
