Okay moving on from Read/Kearney defamation case for the day to the case that we are most focused on right now, which is the Aaron Spencer case down in Arkansas. Trial is set to begin on 6/22/26 and @AlilawMotta and I will be boots on the ground covering the trial, as it appears the proceedings will not be live streamed.
Tonight at 6:00 PM CDT we will be Live covering the defense’s new filing, which is seeking a dismissal of the charges based on spoliation of critical evidence by law enforcement, namely a dashboard cam video from the predator’s vehicle.
The defense is also seeking reconsideration on several key issues as a new judge has been assigned to the case.
If you’re not aware of the Spencer case…you really should be. Set your notifications and come and hang tonight!

Sarah Grace Patrick’s lawyers have filed a Motion for Immediate Bond Reconsideration citing that the delay is on the State and that their young client remains in Solitary due to her age.
Motion is set for 1/29/26.

This is Judge Susan C. Worthington. Susan is the judge who gave convicted rapist Jesse Butler probation instead of the 78 years he was eligible for.
Jesse is the teenager who violently raped and nearly killed two girls, recording the assaults on his phone. His dad was a coach for the state university football team. Hmm….

Just counseling, curfews, community service, and supervision until he turns 19.
This week’s final sentencing paperwork dropped, and that’s why the entire internet snapped at once.
Because the newly surfaced details show exactly what he did:
– Multiple rapes
– Strangulation
– Two victims
– Recorded evidence
– Prior protective-order violation
And after all that, he walked out of court adjusting his cuffs like he was late to brunch.
Prosecutors originally sought 78 years.
Then the judge reclassified him as a “youthful offender” a judge with documented ties to his family.
The question remains: why did power protect violence in this situation?
