There will be no meeting tonight due to the Labor Day holiday.

We still need Scouts to work today’s event, even a portion. Set up is at 2:15. Please RSVP in Scoutbook and let us know in the comments if you’ll be coming late or leaving early. Full Class A uniform.

Remember that informal meetings start tonight. Class B uniforms, no structured meeting plans, etc. Scouts can hang out and enjoy each other‘s company and/or catch up on any advancement

No meeting tonight. The preserve is inaccessible due to down trees and I’m sure most of you have things to take care of at home. Everyone be careful out there.

Due to the heat, tonight‘s meeting will be in Senior hall at Izaak Walton, and Class B uniforms are permissible

Tomorrow’s meeting is the first of two annual planning meetings for the Scouts, where they will decide the upcoming year’s outings and activities. Please be sure your Scout attends.

Remember PLC tonight at 6 o’clock, and we are moving much of our belongings into our new lacquer at blackbear at the meeting, so Class B uniforms are permissible.

Reminder of PLC this evening. All scouts with positions of responsibility should attend or send someone in their stead. 6 o’clock at blackbear.

Tonight‘s meeting will be at Abundant Grace, where will get the tents put away and do some other organizing in the attic in preparation for us moving much of our equipment back to BlackBear.

Due to the weather, tonight‘s meeting will be at senior hall, across the field from BlackBear Lodge

We have just made our last stop and our ETA at the church is 4:30.

Remember, “all hands on deck“ to help set up for the pancake breakfast today at 5 o’clock. Make sure all families (especially Scouts) have signed up to work a shift tomorrow. See you then!

Since we will be working outside, Class B uniforms are acceptable tonight.
