I think this article BELOW excerpt says enough that people should be asking WTF??? h/t to @TronWeekly The article outlines a scheme perpetrated in a case that alleges that the SEC Chair was shorting crypto related stocks. Including $amc $gme. If this is true it would mean The SEC was promoting Scam Bankmans FTX while squashing all others. If any of this is proven it’s another colossal failure for yet another 3 letter agency. but to put the icing on the proverbial cake: the allegations include shorting and even worse the dreaded NAKED SHORTING I don’t call for boycotts or resignation but I think it’s fair to the #nss crowd that he recuse himself from Crypto and Naked Shorting investigations. The #apes and the retail united can scream and yell about pfof and dark pools but to me I been saying it for years, For starters Stop betting on companies that have bad management and repeatedly use TOXIC financing. For the small cap and OTC investors, The bad guys are the unregistered and registered Toxic Funding firms. Then comes the captured regulators. Point the spotlight on changes at the SEC and SHAREHOLDERS UNITE in demanding their management Cease from using Toxic Financings with readjustable warrants. Just my two cents there’s a couple big bad wolves but I think the focus should be on what are the facts inside the SEC and what firms are benfitting from financing and liquidating. The firms liquidating are either carelessly allowing Naked Shorts by kiting Fake Locates. Or allowing Short sales to be marked Long Sales. Shorting against unconverted warrants and covering with Registration shares. All these charges have been outlined in the recent SEC v Sabby. There’s lots of creases and crevices that exist and the markets are liquid. Liquid finds the lowest points. @PatrickByrne proved this existed 15 years ago. The agencies have all acknowledged it and taken steps against NSS. But the root is REGULATORS AND TOXIC FINANCE. The rest is NOISE. JT
