How I'd print $584K in Q4 selling products you can find on AliExpress for $3 (again) 1. The product: → Pick something people already buy every Q4 without thinking. Neck massagers, heated blankets, posture correctors, blue light glasses, scalp massagers. Boring health and comfort products that become "perfect gifts" from October to December → Find it on AliExpress. Sort by orders. If it has 10,000+ orders someone already proved people want it. You're not inventing. You're positioning → Stay under $3-5 cost. Sell for $29-$49. Gift buyers don't price compare. They see the page, feel good about it, and check out in 90 seconds → Pick 1 product. Not 5. Not a whole store. One product, one page, one audience. Every dollar you split across products is a dollar wasted on focus 2. The page: → Your product page is 80% of the business. Not your ads. Not the product. The page. I've seen the same $3 AliExpress product convert at 0.4% on a bad page and 4.2% on a good one. Same traffic. Same ad. Same product. The page is the only variable → Headline names the outcome not the product. "Relief in 10 minutes" not "Electric Pulse Neck Massager." Nobody buys a massager. They buy the feeling after → Lifestyle photos. A product on white looks like AliExpress. A product on someone's neck in a living room looks like a brand → 3 benefit icons above the fold. Scanned in 1 second. The paragraph you wrote takes 20 seconds and gets skipped by 94% of visitors → Reviews visible before the price. Social proof before the transaction. Always → CTA names what happens to THEM. "Start Feeling Relief Tonight" not "Add to Cart." 15-20% more clicks from two extra words → I built PagePilot to do all 6 in 60 seconds. Paste any AliExpress link. Full page. 293K stores use it 3. The Q4 playbook: → Start ads October 1. Not Black Friday. By Black Friday your pixel is trained, your winner creative is found, and you're scaling while everyone else is testing → Meta ads. $50/day. 3 creatives. One UGC unboxing, one "gift idea for someone who has everything," one before/after. Let the algorithm find the buyer → Kill anything under 1% CTR after $30 spend. Duplicate winners at 2x budget every 48 hours. Don't touch the original → November 1st: start a "gift guide" TikTok series. "Best gift under $30 for your mom." "Best gift for your boyfriend who says he doesn't want anything." These go viral every Q4 without fail → Black Friday week: run a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" bundle. Your cost per unit is $3. Giving one away at $0 to sell two at $49 is still 90%+ margin. The customer thinks they got a deal. You tripled your AOV 4. The part nobody does: → Abandoned cart emails. 70% of carts die at checkout. A 3-email sequence saves 15-20% of them. That's free money every single day → Post-purchase upsell. "Add one for mom at 40% off." 25-30% of buyers say yes on the thank you page. Your AOV jumps overnight → Retarget every visitor from October through December 24th. A $5/day retargeting campaign on everyone who visited your page converts at 3-5x your cold traffic. This alone paid for my January • December 26th: run a "treat yourself" campaign to the same audience. Q4 doesn't end on Christmas. People spend their gift cards and cash gifts for two more weeks This is what got me to $584K in one quarter. One product. One page. One audience. The product cost $3. The page made it look like it cost $50. The ads found the person with the problem. Q4 did the rest. Most people launch on Black Friday, panic when nothing converts, and blame the product. The product was fine. The page was trash and the pixel had zero data. Start early. Build the page right. Let Q4 do what Q4 does. [ full system is in a 36-page playbook. comment "Q4" and I'll send it. must be following ] (I built the AI tool that does the page part - paste any aliexpress link, full page in 60 seconds → link in bio)

A bunch of brands I work with are seeing the same thing right now. Results plummeting. CPMs up. Spend going out and nothing coming back. Last two weeks have been rough for a lot of accounts. Here's what's probably happening. Meta likes to push algorithm updates in October because they freeze code in November for BFCM that creates volatility. It usually sorts itself out, but in the meantime it hurts. And here's the question everyone asks. Should I just shut it off? No. I never recommend completely turning off a traffic source. Shut it off and you're not just pausing today's orders. You're killing the ones that would've come next week from people who saw your ad, signed up for email, and didn't buy yet. So here's what I do instead. Cut budgets in half. If it's still bad, cut them in half again. Get down to five or ten bucks a day if you have to. Make Meta work hard with low budgets. The algorithm is built to find you conversions so you spend more, and when you take money away it hustles for those conversions at a good cost. And don't blanket-cut the whole account. Go campaign by campaign. Pause what's truly dead. Drop the okay stuff 10 to 25%. Leave the winners alone. Keep making creatives too. If I hurt my leg I still walk. You keep the habit alive even when you can't run. Ride the wave, take as little damage as possible, and scale back up on the other side.

About 695,000 Americans died of heart disease last year. One of the biggest inherited cholesterol risks behind it is hiding in plain sight, on a blood test almost nobody gets. It is Lp(a), a cholesterol particle your genes largely set for life. About 1 in 5 people have a high level, and genetic data suggest its heart risk, particle for particle, is nearly seven times that of LDL, the "bad cholesterol" on a routine blood test. At the University of California's hospitals, only 0.3% of 5.6 million adults had it measured between 2012 and 2021. Even among patients with coronary heart disease, just 2.9% were tested. Diet and exercise barely move it. The first big trial of a drug designed to lower it missed its main heart endpoint, with full results due on 7 November. The current guidance is simple: test Lp(a) once in your life. If it is high, treat that as a warning to be much more aggressive about the risks you can change, especially LDL.
Heart disease deaths are on the rise in the US

How to make $35K/month in ecom selling to 5 demographics at 5 different times of day that nobody else is advertising to. Step 1: sell to divorced women at 9-11pm → target "newly single" "self-care" "starting over" interests on facebook. women 38-52 → she's emotionally spending. the purchase IS the therapy. "the fresh start kit" adds $20 to AOV because it names her emotional state → subscription rate: 50%+. the skincare routine becomes the new identity. canceling it means canceling the new self → return rate: near zero. returning something she bought for herself post-divorce feels like going backwards Step 2: sell to insomniacs at 2-5am → 70 million americans can't sleep. they're scrolling right now. zero advertisers competing → CPMs at 3am: 40% cheaper. conversion 2-3x higher. the brain at 3am processes hope not logic → weighted blankets, sleep supplements, cooling pillows. anything that promises sleep to someone who's been awake 19 hours → "fall asleep in 20 minutes or your money back" converts at 3am because the alternative is another hour staring at the ceiling Step 3: sell to new moms at 3-5am → 3.6 million moms awake right now feeding a baby one-handed → "help your baby sleep through the night" and she buys in 4 seconds. every decision filter offline from sleep deprivation → crisis purchases don't get returned. return rate under 3% → she tells every mom she knows. one acquisition = 2-3 free referrals Step 4: sell to grandparents at 10am-2pm → they're retired. scrolling is the activity. nobody else advertises during daytime → CPMs at 10am-2pm: $5-7. the cheapest daytime window because every operator targets evening → average purchase: $78. they don't comparison shop. they buy the first thing that looks like a good gift → they buy 4-6 times per year. birthday, christmas, easter, "just because." LTV: $312-468 Step 5: sell to men 55-70 on youtube at 8-11pm → he watches one 3-minute review video and buys without opening a second tab → CPMs $4-6 on youtube health content. half of facebook → return rate under 4%. this generation keeps what they buy → the honest review with one negative ("taste could be better but it works") converts 3x higher because the negative builds trust Step 6: run all 5 simultaneously on autopilot → divorced women 9-11pm on facebook → insomniacs 2-5am on facebook → new moms 3-5am on facebook → grandparents 10am-2pm on facebook → men 55-70 8-11pm on youtube → 5 audiences. 5 time slots. 5 different products. zero overlap. zero competition between them. each one runs independently. the store deposits from 5 demographics across 20 hours of the day the math: each demographic does $5-8K/month. 5 demographics = $25-40K/month. no two audiences compete for the same ad inventory because they buy at different hours on different platforms. you're the only advertiser they see because nobody else is awake, nobody else targets them, and nobody else understands why a 52-year-old divorced woman at 10pm and a 65-year-old grandpa at 11am are both more profitable than a 22-year-old on tiktok. Print $35K/mo [ full system is in a 36-page playbook. comment "CLOCK" and I'll send it. must be following ] (I built the AI tool that does the page part - paste any aliexpress link, full page in 60 seconds → link in bio)
