A show can do all the right research on a topic and portray it properly and someone who actively hates the show/creator will still say it's fetishizing the topic. Like when Fizz did sign language some people still found something to bitch about. Best to just block them.

Ya’ll gotta love how ppl that hate something that a character did they call it “bad writing”. No bitch, good writing isn’t when a character always does things that you like. It’s called “conflict”. An essential building block to storytelling. With no conflict there’s no story.

I beg of some people to have media literacy. Some things can be multiple things. Seeing a very serious scene about self sabotage to sex is not “soft launch porn”, and judging a scene based on a few shots is really short minded actually. Kinda ugly.
