Goodness, that was a distressing report. Hasumi, consider your budget requests approved. You including a proposed punishment has sped up the policy making process greatly. You should have enough to order the supply of punishment devices and associated equipment with overnight.

Probably the strangest request she's ever had... probably won't agree to test again, either. It was a very weird feeling... Still, gotta make a few bucks somehow.

Hasumi has definitely never commissioned the Engineering Department for a bitchsuit and requested that the test footage be filmed with Hibiki herself. Totally didn't happen.
