We're honored to be named to @BostonGlobe's inaugural 'Next in Medicine' list, which recognizes companies using research and technology to shape the future of patient care. At Edison Scientific, that means building Kosmos, an AI scientist capable of compressing the months long, iterative work of R&D to one day. From discovery, to development, to the clinic, Kosmos is driving scientific advancement across domains.

Why is NVIDIA partnering with @dMatrix_AI? “NVIDIA already has Groq 3 LPX with its 128 GB of rack-level SRAM. @dMatrix_AI Raptor brings 18x the capacity for the frontier models SRAM can't fit.”
At Hot Chips, d-Matrix stole the show with Raptor, the first 3D-stacked DRAM accelerator. They didn't waste any time building on the momentum by announcing that Raptor has been designed into NVIDIA's MGX rack as an NVLink Fusion partner. The rack features 144 XPUs, 2.3 TB of 3D-DRAM at 7.2 PB/s per rack, targeting ~1,000 tok/s/user on 3T models at 1M context. NVIDIA already has Groq 3 LPX with its 128 GB of rack-level SRAM. Raptor brings 18x the capacity for the frontier models SRAM can't fit. NVIDIA's decode portfolio now spans the model size spectrum with Vera CPUs, NVLink, and Spectrum-X attaching either way. NVIDIA just validated the 3D-DRAM bet two years before first revenue. d-Matrix proved it's going to scale.

We’ve always been impressed at the technical depth and execution at @dMatrix_AI, and it’s great to see industry leaders such as @nvidia and @AsteraLabs recognizing this. Excited to see the 🔥 performance of Raptor + Vera Rubin!
Big news for d-Matrix and AI inference. We’re collaborating with NVIDIA to bring our next-gen Raptor inference XPUs into NVIDIA's MGX rack-scale infrastructure with NVIDIA NVLink scale-up interconnect. Ultra-low latency inference. Premium-level token services. Built to scale. Read the full announcement: d-matrix.ai/announcements/d-… #NVLinkFusion #AIInfrastructure #AgenticAI #dMatrix

Massive multiplexing meets biology & AI @ManifoldBio
As it becomes viscerally apparent just how rapidly and thoroughly AI is conquering the realms of numbers and code, I keep thinking about what this means for the realm of atoms. While the concern about the risks is real and warranted, the potential for positive impact is immense and imminent. But the limits now shift to the complexity, time, and cost of interfacing with the physical world. What I love about biology, and what distinguishes it from most other realms of atoms, is the power of massive parallelism to overcome these limits. This is what drew me to the field over a decade ago. The moment has arrived for those of us who have been building massively parallel interfaces between the vast space of molecular designs and the complexity of biology. Our team at @ManifoldBio has been building an interface directly into whole organisms. We now have the potential to catalyze some of the most beautiful and beneficial applications of powerful AI.

Big labs are moving away very slowly from transformers because they’re making small gradient steps in each iteration and iteration takes them multiple months. You can just front run it by… taking big steps 😀

Turns out genome language models can design cancer vaccines. Pretty exciting direction, the context-adapting machinery of language models is what may unlock personalized medicine. Great work team! @RadicalNumerics
1/5 We pretrained Omnii, a multimodal language model on DNA. Then, we asked it to design a cancer vaccine In new research, we show how Omnii learned to turn a tumor DNA sequence into a personalized mRNA vaccine design. Read more here: radicalnumerics.ai/blog/omni…

It is an amazing historic achievement and a new jewel in the crown of transformers, pretraining, reinforcement learning and scaling time compute. Civilization is being moved forward by AI and it’s not hard to extrapolate how those systems will be driving our progress in coming years.
We’re sharing a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, one of the deepest problems at the frontier of mathematics. The proof was produced by a group of agents, using an OpenAI next-generation model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra. The problem concerns whether the description of smooth three-dimensional fluid motion modeled by the Navier-Stokes equations can break down. It has remained unresolved for roughly 90 years.
