This is exactly why we built it the @treppwire MCP server.
Querying data is the old way. Reasoning with data is the new way.
Twenty plus years of Trepp servicer commentary, property financials, violation flags, and market data, all accessible the way you actually think about a CRE deal.
The use cases from practitioners are going to keep surprising us. This is just the beginning.
You can't wait on the sidelines anymore. The pace of change makes it very difficult to catch up.
Reach out if you'd like to see our MCP in your workflow.
The @TreppWire MCP server is a game changer.
Think of it this way. If you wanted to acquire a property from a subpar operator, you would search using AI for all properties that are underperforming, but also have repetitive flags for loan document violations over the course of the loan, and AI would search the financials and the servicer commentary history. You’re not restricted to a specific query structure. You can teach AI how to navigate the data to pull out what you need.
You then would want the AI to run a background check on the owner property and market and spit out a comprehensive report on what’s going on within the market, in the owners portfolio, including, but not limited to news and other public records. You can also use data from other proprietary data sources. You’ll then essentially walk into a meeting next-level prepared.
This is next level, guys.

The Power of Branding: It’s in the Little Things
Last week, I was sitting at my desk, sorting through follow-ups, and I kept glancing at this small foam football sitting next to my phone. I couldn’t even remember where I got it, maybe the @creisummit? But it had one word on it that kept pulling my attention: @TreppWire, Inc.
That football may seem like a goofy desk trinket to some, but for me, it’s a powerful branding tool. Every time I see it, I’m reminded to call Trepp and today I finally picked up the phone and did just that.
The lesson here is simple: branding doesn’t always have to be loud to be effective. Sometimes, the smallest, most unassuming item can be what keeps you top of mind. And in a business where relationships matter more than anything else, staying top of mind is half the battle.
So ask yourself: what are you doing to make sure the people who matter most are thinking about you when it counts?
Sometimes, the follow-up call, the new deal, or the next big opportunity starts with something as simple as a foam football.
