Just a temperature probe: IF we start crowdfunding/bail out campaign for @THORChain like DeFi United had been risen for ethereum:0x7fc66500c84a76ad7e9c93437bfc5ac33e2ddae9 - will YOU participate? Comment, how do you see this:

People should really use @vultisig , seedless multi-device multi-chain wallet. Built by using TSS technology with DKLS23 vault type.
No funds can be moved without 2/3 (~67%) co-signing.

near (@NEARProtocol ) has one of the worst customer support systems, utterly pathetic for a multi billion dollar organisation
never knew about how bad the scene was since i almost never needed it but here we go
one of my confidential deposits (close to 5 figs) never got swept to the near intents wallet and credited into my near.com account, despite the deposit addy getting funded by their gas wallet
it's been 46 hours since the txn, 43h since I wrote my first mail to them 40h hours since their last reply, and since then RADIO SILENCE
i've written several follow up mails and have gotten ZERO replies, despite all these days being WORKING DAYS
the only help i've got so far is from @middaywake, the NEARKAT dev, he's somewhat close to people who work there (absolutely not his job but appreciate him trying to help)
even smaller apps with way leaner teams have a live support button like jumper, ethos etc and reply in minutes
attached is the last reply i got from them 2 days ago before they went silent and i've even tried reaching out to official/unofficial accounts like @near_intents, @MonzaASI , @ilblackdragon @AlexSkidanov etc
would really appreciate any hely by RT/ing or referring me to people who can help!

The reason: these operating systems aren't certified by Google.
Now here's the irony.
GrapheneOS is objectively more secure than stock Android. Hardened memory allocator. stronger sandboxing. No Google services by default. It's what security researchers, journalists in war zones, and activists under surveillance use when their life depends on their phone not being compromised.
LineageOS removes bloatware and carrier tracking.
/e/OS strips Google entirely.
All three are more privacy-respecting and in many ways more secure than the certified Android Volkswagen is demanding you use.
VW locked out the most security-conscious users in the name of security.
Now let's talk about Play Integrity.
Play Integrity is Google's system for certifying that your device is running an approved OS with approved software. Pass the check: app works. fail the check: you're out.
Volkswagen didn't build its own security standard. it outsourced its security decisions to Google. Meaning Google now decides who can access their own Volkswagen.
You paid for the car.
Google decides if you can lock it from your phone.
And this is not new; banking apps have been doing this for years. Barclays. HSBC. Monzo. streaming apps. Netflix. Disney+. now cars.
the list of things that won't work on a privacy OS is becoming the list of things you need to function in modern life.
remote locking. climate control. charging management. vehicle status.
your car is now part of the Google-certified ecosystem whether you agreed to that or not.
You just didn't know it when you signed the finance agreement.

Many Bitcoiners I respect support BIP 110. I understand and share their desire to protect Bitcoin, but believe the proposed cure is more dangerous than the condition. Here are 110 reasons why Bitcoin needs guardians of neutrality.

‼️BREAKING: Telegram's core t[.]me domain has been placed on serverHold at the .me registry, a registry-level status that drops it from DNS worldwide and dead-ends every t[.]me link.
Domain records show the change happened today, with no public explanation yet from Telegram, the .me registry, or backend operator Identity Digital.

Ctrl Wallet is shutting down.
Starting 3 August 2026, sending, receiving, swapping and dApp connections within the app will no longer be available.
The one thing you'll still be able to do is export your recovery phrase.
Here's what you need to know. 🧵

LATEST: ⚡ THORChain has resumed trading, swaps, and liquidity provider actions after a month-long halt triggered by a $10.7M exploit.

$RUNE has been turned back on.
Trading reopened after a month
of silence and a $10.7M exploit.
"This recovery was never about
speed, it was about doing it right."
In crypto, a month is like a year.
A lot can change in 30 days. 💥
Do they survive or is it too late?
Trading is live again on THORChain.
After more than a month offline, the network is fully back. Signing, churning, secured and trade assets, LP actions, and swaps are all up and running. The world's leading Bitcoin DEX is open for business once again.
This recovery was never about speed, it was about doing it right. Every vault verified, every keyshare checked, every step taken with security and stability as the only priority. That patience paid off, and the network came back stronger than before.
None of this happens without the people behind it. Huge thanks to the node operators who stayed online through every vote and upgrade, the devs who worked relentlessly to ship the fixes, the Maya Protocol team for keeping the lights on, and a community that didn't flinch once.
The pipeline's stacked. $XMR is coming, with native Monero swaps already working end to end in testing and a live launch on the horizon. $ZEC follows close behind. Dynamic fees, and deeper liquidity are all on the way.
THORChain got hit, held the line, and kept shipping. Same chain, same ethos, same mission.
Welcome back, Chads. Let's trade.⚡️

Update: the App Review Board has confirmed that my Apple Developer account will not be terminated. Sparrow on macOS is safe.
Thank you to everyone who shared and reached out in the past 24 hours - I'm grateful. And credit to @Apple for reviewing the appeal and reaching the right outcome.
The deeper problem hasn't gone away: apps impersonating @SparrowWallet are still reaching users and putting their funds at risk. I'll keep working to protect people from those scams, and I hope to do so alongside @Apple.
Thank you all.
My attempt to protect users from scam apps on the @AppStore has gotten my Apple Developer account flagged for termination - ironically, for "dishonest activity".
Unless it's reversed by June 30, all new installs of Sparrow Wallet will fail, and development on macOS will end.
The context: since 2023, more than a dozen fake "Sparrow" apps have appeared on the App Store, as recently as April this year. Users have contacted me after losing their savings, in some cases their life savings, to these impersonators.
I'm the developer of the real Sparrow Wallet, a desktop app, and I hold the registered US trademarks for the name and logo. I have publicly warned @Apple and the community about these fake apps from early 2024, but they keep appearing.
The app @Apple flagged was a placeholder that was never published. Its only purpose was to warn users that Sparrow is desktop-only and that other "Sparrow" apps aren't mine. This approach may have been misguided, but there was nothing dishonest about it.
I'm confident this is an automated misclassification that Apple would reverse on review - but I may be terminated before a human ever looks at my appeal. The cost would fall on @Apple's own users: blocked installs and no updates for a tool people rely on, which opens the door for more fakes.
If you value Sparrow, a repost would help. @AppleSupport
