Trebor Developments News: Trebor Developments and Hillwood have exchanged contracts to acquire a further 8 acres of employment land in Northampton to further expand their existing site of 8 acres to bring forward a combined, comprehensive development site of 16 acres.

Trebor Developments:  Some members of the Trebor team had a great Birmingham Indian meal to let our hair down after a hectic few weeks and to celebrate achieving our fund raising challenge for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.  We would recommend The Indian Brewery Company.

Trebor recently hosted a site visit and interactive tour with bricklaying students from Colchester College at our speculative development at Eastern Gateway, Ipswich. Main Contractor, Magrock gave an insight into the Health & Safety and economies of scale for efficient working.

Trebor were delighted to attend the steel signing ceremony at our Point 36, Goole site with GMI Construction Group PLC . The 94,842 ft2 unit has been pre-let to Siemens Mobility and is due for completion this Summer.

Trebor Developments Progress Update: Brilliant drone photo provided by GMI Construction Group PLC of steelwork progress at our Point 36, Goole site. The dock leveller slabs have been poured, building foundations complete and roof panel deliveries are ongoing!

Trebor Developments News: Great site visit today to see progress on our Crewe 335 demolition contract with GBM Demolition . The works are progressing very well, with a first class site team supported by Goodrich Consulting LLP. The site will be handed over in the summer.

Trebor Developments Update: Sectional Completion 2 achieved at the new KLA Manufacturing and R&D Centre in Newport, South Wales by our main contractor Andrew Scott Ltd. The building features a 1,235m2 PV array on the roof which will provide 218,000KWh of electricity for KLA

Trebor Developments Update: Construction works are proceeding ahead of programme at our multi-unit speculative development, named “Access @ Eastern Gateway”. Units range from 12,905 to 52,250sq ft and will be available for occupation from May 2024 on a leasehold basis

Trebor Development News: Demolition is proceeding at pace on the site of our 335,000 sq ft new build development in Crewe. We will be appointing a main contractor to construct the new unit soon, starting this summer.

Trebor Site Progress Update: Great progress being made on our Point 36, Goole project as steel columns are being erected ahead of programme by GMI Construction! This 94,841 ft2 warehouse has been pre-let to Siemens with a Practical Completion date of end June 2024.
